In Love with a Valley

Jon, my Mr. Wonderful, and I met in 2007 when I first went to college at Lake Superior State University. We both worked as writing tutors and only bumped into each other between shifts (he'd make an occasional joke, etc) but were both seeing someone else. Time went by and we still saw each other, but were nothing more than accquaintances. We each became single and still, just accquiantances. In late 2008 I became ill and had to stay home a semester. As the Mr. puts it, he realized he didn't like not having me around and decided to do something about it. When I returned for spring semester, we hung out once, went to a hockey game together, and he made me his girlfriend. We were both earning our bachelor's degrees (he in engineering and I in psychology) and became not only a super cute couple, but best friends. Three and a half years later, we're planning our wedding for next Fall!
