Matthew and I met in his tenth grade English class. I was a senior.  I was the teacher's aide, so I sat there and graded or stapled papers all hour. I was sort of oblivious at first, Matt kept coming over near my desk sharpening his pencil, and talking to me about his day. He had just recently moved to St. Clair and was having a hard time adjusting. Our school held a Halloween dance, and he gave me a really sweet note asking me to go with him. I accepted and it was a lot of fun! We dated for a little over three years, and Sunday the 23rd of January, 2011, he proposed.
