We met on a blinde date! My cousin was dating one of his really good friends. She randomly saw me at my grandma's house one day and asked if I was seeing anyone..then she started telling me about this wonderful sweet guy she knew and wanted to know if it was ok for her to give him my number! Now at this time I had only dated ONE guy, was REALLY shy and had just broken up with him the month before! I told her I didn't care (thinking nothing would come of it) and I left.  Later that night I was supposed to go out with my sister, her boyfriend and one of his friends (another blind date set up!) but the guy was out of town. My cousin called me and told me she talked to "this guy" and he really seemed interested. He wanted to go out that night! HAHA We tripple dated! My cousin and her b/f, my sister and her b/f and me and Josh. :) The date went really well! He called me the next day to ask me out for the day after. We clicked! I knew right away he was something special. He got along so well with my family, my brother and sisters LOVED HIM. Even my dad! We dated for 2 years and he asked me to marry him on the beach in Savannah, GA. It was beautiful. Perfect. We started planning the wedding and one thing led to another...we got really stressed out and started taking it out on eachother...we split up for 4 months. That was the worst 4 months of my life! (We work right across the street from eachother!) Everyday I felt like I couldn't breathe, I had lost my bestfriend. He made the first move. We started talking online and texting...then short phone calls here and there. Within two months we were back together and engaged again, had picked a date and found a house! Those 4 months apart did nothing but make us stronger. I know in my heart we were meant for eachother and those 4 months showed me that. It was the best thing to ever happen to us both. It taught me so much about life and love. I believe everything happens for a reason...God has a plan for EVERYTHING!
