I moved to Ohio a few years ago. I found a job in a nursing home where I met a few new friends. These friends had been trying to set me up with a few different guys and I just wasn't having it... one night a spur of the moment party was planned and Andrew was one of the people who showed up. I had a feeling that my friends were trying to set me up with him the way they were telling me about him. I was so over it. I was tired of them trying to set me up that I fought it. I was at a Zac Brown Band concert when my phone was ringing non stop. it was a friend telling me that Andrew was back from his military stuff and really wanted to talk to me. I said okay and after the concert I rushed over. he was so shy! it was pretty cute. he asked me to "hang out" and I agreed. Fast forward to the 4th of July. We had our first kiss and he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes. two years later he took me out for our anniversary and proposed!! I was so happy!! I later found out that he asked my mom and dad for permission to marry me! I think that is so sweet and respectful!!! He definitely earned some points from them! They love him and think he is an amazing guy! So I'm exited to say I'm marrying my best friend and I cant wait for July 22nd!!
