How many of you had your bridesmaids wear the same dress? How about different dresses, same color? Also, does the maid of honor typically have a different/better dress than the other bridesmaids?

Okay, I will just go ahead and say, I don't have a ton of close friends or anything, and a lot of my friends don't live close by. Can y'all tell me how you picked who should be in your wedding party?...
