James and I meet in 2006, the first thought I had of him was that he was a cocky guy, but after I been dealing with some family issues he became one of my best friends and we started dating in 2008. In January of 2009 we found out that both of our Grandfathers where dying, on the 17th of January while in the hospital with my Grandfather I found out I was pregnant, it was kind of a bitter sweet moment, because both of our grandfathers found out about the baby just 2 weeks before they passed away, two days apart. After dealing with such an emotional few months we found out that our first baby would be a little girl and in September 2009 we had our little Tori. She is a fire cracker and a half sometimes, but one of the best things that has ever happened to us.  We continued to work and save money for a another year where we were living, but neither of us liked living there, so we moved down to Alabama with my famiy, we have been living here for a year as of now, but on New Years Day 2011 James proposed, I obviously said yes. I ddin't start planning the wedding until about June, and it seems like I am going to get the simple wedding that I would like. So far things are going great with the planning, and it should get better since I have the major stuff figured out so far. We set the date for May 5th, 2012 since most of our family is not used to the heat and humidity down south. I figured it would be nice and warm but also cool enough not to bake anyone.
