Difference between Par Cans & LED uplights?

Hi there- I am wondering what the big differences are in the LEDs and Par Cans. Our whole room is going to be blue and I want it really saturated. What would be better? And Why?
Website Music not playing
I uploaded a song and it uploaded fine. When I preview the site, it is no where to be found or heard. Why is this hapening? Do some designs not have the capability?
