Wedding Music Bands in Milwaukee

Shag played at our wedding and they were Awesome! Everyone was talking about how incredible the band was! They had a huge set list to choose from and they responded quickly to any questions we had! I would highly recommend Shag! We have been watching them preform for several years and they keep the crowd groovin!

Rachel and Andy were awesome. I set up all the logistics of our wedding with Rachel, and she was super sweet, punctual, and organized. Andy and Rachel are fantastic musicians. They sang/played beautifully for our ceremony and for parts of our reception, and they were excellent djs. They kept the day running smoothly by handling speeches, dismissing tables, and announcing dances. They were one of the best parts of our day and we are so very glad we got to have them on our wedding day.

George and his band were one of our best decisions for our wedding. The live band added such a fun flair to the dance floor. George is very personable and is a great MC. George also helped us in timing the night, working on the timing of songs, and creating a "set list." We would definitely recommend hiring George and his band for your wedding. His website provides a long list of the songs they are able to play.

Leading up to my wedding, I wanted the day to be so many things. I wanted it to be special, magical, filled with love, but most of all, I wanted it to be fun. In my conversations with Eric of Groove Therapy, I relayed all of this, and I could immediately sense that he was professional, keenly aware of how integral music is to the vibe and energy of a wedding, and assured me that they'd be able to meet my already high expectations. Come the day of, Eric and the rest of Groove Therapy absolutely exceeded them! Our ceremony was nothing short of magical, thanks to the beautiful keyboard playing. And for the reception... they are extremely talented, full of energy and will undoubtedly get the party started! For weeks, all of guests told us how great the music was and how much fun they had dancing the night away! I've been to so many weddings where a DJ will just press play on a playlist and the dance floor never picks up. This 9-piece band has an UNDENIABLE presence and WILL get your guests to move their feet. Even my 95-year old grandfather was on the dance floor until 1:00 AM! During "Shout," they were ON THE FLOOR, IN THE CROWD, playing their hearts out for us! This is extremely long-winded, but I felt compelled to help make it known how incredible this band is. They're easy to work with, worth every penny, and will without a doubt, be one of the absolute highlights of your big day!

Bill performed for us at our cocktail hour. All the guests loved his music choices and he made the day much more special. We appreciated the band's hard work and loved having them as part of our wedding.

The band was absolutely incredible at keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long! Their energy and talent were unmatched, and they had an extensive 9-page list of songs to choose from, covering every genre and era you could imagine. It was clear they were very skilled musicians who knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the party going. If you want a talented group that will have everyone dancing and enjoying themselves, this band is the perfect choice!

We had such a great experience with Failure to Launch - they played a variety of music and were super engaging with our guests - the dance floor was never empty. Highly recommend booking them for your wedding.

We are so happy that we decided to book Platinum for our wedding this past August. They were super easy to work with and accomodated all of our requests. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests and had an amazing evening in Madison.

My venue had given us a list of preferred vendors, and Velocity's management company (ACA Entertainment) was on the list. They gave me a few band options, and from the brief snippet I read and the 3 minute video I saw about Velocity, I just felt like they would be a perfect fit for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, ACA was incredibly easy to work with - they were incredibly responsive, answering my many questions, and quick to offer me options and resolve any issues I may have had. On the wedding day, Jason (band leader of Velocity) was amazing - the set-up of the band was perfect, and he also helped with a mic and speaker for the ceremony and music for the cocktail hour/beginning of the reception! But once the band started playing during the reception - I cannot tell you how absolutely blown away I was (as well as all of our guests!). Velocity is truly the most talented band I've ever seen perform at a wedding - each band member was so incredibly talented and shined in their own ways throughout each set. They all absolutely brought the energy and played off of what our guests were loving. They also took a request of ours and them playing that song became one of our wedding highlights. Since the wedding, SO many of our guests have commented on how amazing Velocity was at the wedding. I really couldn't have asked for a better band to perform at our wedding, and will be singing their praises forever!

They are a country cover band but play all sorts of things. The drummer Rob also did my announcements at no extra charge (we tipped him). They were amazing, very helpful, and everyone enjoyed them!
