My husband bought my engagement ring from this site, because we were on a tight budget, and I was NOT disappointed! I have a 1 carat, three stone diamond ring, in a 10k white gold setting, with 4 small diamonds on either side of the central stones. The ring is gorgeous, and he got a wonderful price on it. I would recommend this site to anyway looking for gorgeous jewelry for the right price! They often have good sales and/or coupons you can use for discounts, so be sure to search for those as well!

We had a slight issue with my husband's wedding band order. It was the fault of the ring manufacturer, not Kimball's. But Kimball's did everything they could to ensure we had not one, but three potential bands to use on the day of the ceremony. They entrusted us with the extra bands at no extra cost or deposit and simply asked that we return the two bands we chose not to use. They went out of their way to fix an error that wasn't even theirs. We loved working with Julie and Lauren and hope to purchase from Kimball's in the future, even though we won't be living in Knoxville.

If we could, my husband and I would give them 8 stars! Susie and Steve were incredible to work with. They helped my husband to customize my engagement ring, and they helped us as we picked out our wedding bands as well! We actually got engaged, then moved to Memphis, but we loved them so much we drove BACK to Knoxville so we could go to Markman's! Stunning jewelry, stunning people, and all around a class act!

Provided the ring I wanted at a fair price.

My fiance shopped at several places in Knoxville for my engagement ring, and he ended up at International Flair because the manager, Bob, was so honest and legitimately helpful. The ring he designed from there is exquisite. When we went shopping for our wedding bands, we looked at International Flair as well as a number of other jewelers, but we ended up coming back here. International Flair had the highest quality rings for the best price that we could find, and the bands we purchased come with a lifetime guarantee and a lifetime of free re-plating, which is important for white-gold bands. I highly recommend this business if you are in the market for lasting fine jewelry that's the best value in west Knoxville.

Mackley is the best jeweler I've ever met. He is not only very informative, but also reasonable for the quality I've received. My ring is cut so brilliantly that it shines in the dark.
