They helped my husband to customize my engagement ring, and they helped us as we picked out our wedding bands as well! We actually got engaged, then moved to Memphis, but we loved them so much we drove BACK to Knoxville so we could go to Markman's! Stunning jewelry, stunning people, and all around a class act!

Roy has been nothing short of amazing: from always making himself available to inspect and clean jewelry personally, to having wonderful customer service skills, we cannot thank Roy enough. My engagement ring, our wedding rings, my bride's gift from the groom, even custom made pieces such as turning my great grandmother's beautiful engagement ring into a necklace, etc., have all been Markman's purchases and custom orders made through Markman's because Roy has been so wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business, diamonds, etc. and always goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers needs. My fiancé' bought my engagement ring at Marksman after we had tried on rings at various jewelers in Knoxville and we found the most beautiful pear shaped engagement ring with the criss cross faceting by one of Harry Winston's cutters...one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen! Marksman knows how to pick their diamonds...and they don't pick any bad ones! Love it!!!!

Markman's has been wonderful to work with. The sales person always remembers me and my fiance. They offer free cleaning and rhodium plating for white gold. The first sizing is free. They are a local Knoxville business and it's always great to support locally owned businesses! They are competitively priced, as well.

I had a very specific ring in mind for my engagement so I sent emails to local jewelers to see if they had anything similar. Markman's was the ONLY jeweler that responded to my email and sent me pictures of similar rings that they had available. The rings they had were not exactly what I wanted so they discussed options with my fiance and I and told us we could get my ring done custom. They spent hours with us discussing options and showing me how the ring might look when altered. They also spent a lot of time with my fiance helping him pick the perfect diamond for my setting. My engagement ring is stunning and I am not saying that just because it is mine. I have been engaged for a year now and I still get several compliments a week about my ring and how beautiful it is and what a high quality diamond I have. When I go to bridal shows the vendors tell me that they see thousands of engagement rings but they have never seen one as unique and beautiful as mine. We are thrilled with our purchase and the wonderful service we receive every time we go in. I go get my ring cleaned every three months and they are always so sweet and helpful. We also got our wedding bands here and they are also beautiful. I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone in the area.

I had to have black diamonds for my wedding ring. Mr. Markman himself flew to a Las Vegas show to individually select the three beautiful black diamonds in my ring. My fiance is amazing, but he wouldn't have been able to pull this off without Markman's.
