We had a slight issue with my husband's wedding band order. It was the fault of the ring manufacturer, not Kimball's. But Kimball's did everything they could to ensure we had not one, but three potential bands to use on the day of the ceremony. They entrusted us with the extra bands at no extra cost or deposit and simply asked that we return the two bands we chose not to use. They went out of their way to fix an error that wasn't even theirs. We loved working with Julie and Lauren and hope to purchase from Kimball's in the future, even though we won't be living in Knoxville.

Kimball's is one of the oldest jewelry stores in Knoxville. They carry many different styles and brands that cannot be found in other stores in the area.

Great to work with. Purchased engagement/wedding set there, and took back to have engraved. Plan on taking back again next week to have saudered. I also love that they will clean the jewelry you purchase there for free.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and had such a pleasant experience that we decided to go back and purchase our wedding bands here as well. Brianna was great to work with!

I purchased my Fiancee's engagement ring from Kimball's last May. I had a great experience with Rafael Greaux - very professional service and perfect communication.
Because of this, even though we moved from Tennessee to North Carolina, I made an effort to go back to them for our wedding bands.
This has, unfortunately, turned out to be a big mistake. Too many back and forth emails is not bad - but poor communication and a lack of sales savoir-faire has made this a confusing and rather stressful experience. I got calls from a sales-rep that wasn't my sales agent, misidentifying the female band, telling me my ring was in when it actually wasn't, and telling me she couldn't find an order for the male band.
After too much effort on my own part, I was told that my rings had been shipped and would be there that day - when they didn't arrive, I emailed again, and was told that the rings had actually been shipped two day shipping.
After several attempts at communication, asking point blank for a tracking number, I have no idea when the rings will arrive. I still haven't been given a tracking number - how do I know where my rings are? Why does this company care so little about customer service for someone giving them multiple thousands of dollars?
