The event coordinator, Jory went above and beyond for us! She gave great recommendations and was extremely helpful and was patient and friendly through the entire process. The food was outstanding! Chef Shawn created a custom menu for us and executed it perfectly. People are still talking about how good it was. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. It was literally perfect!

There are so many great things to say about Palmetto Hall. Tiffany, the Catering & Sales Manager, was a dream to work with and plan our event. Honestly, she is the reason why we chose Palmetto Hall in the first place. The location is gorgeous and the beautiful southern-style clubhouse gives you numerous options for ceremony and/or reception set up. But we were most impressed with Tiffany’s organization, flexibility, idea suggestions and warm personality. She walked us through the entire planning process, and even helped recommend vendors on the island since we were out-of-towners. We were always given first class treatment and as I met other employees (Anne, Mr. Gore, etc.), I continued to feel blessed to have chosen Palmetto Hall. The grounds are always well maintained and the facilities are beautiful! Our tasting was lovely & they have an expansive menu that gave us many choices and the opportunity to totally personalize our dinner. Our wedding ceremony and reception were perfect! We have received so many compliments on the food, set-up and bar/wait staff hospitality. I felt so supported and taken care of on my big day – I didn’t have to worry about a thing! This is a beautiful, warm and organized venue that I would call “the total package”!

Moss Creek was AMAZING! I couldn't imagine a better place to get married. Jim and his staff were outstanding! They went above and beyond during the whole process and met all of our specifications to a "T". Jim was very easy to work with and even added in his own creativity to enhance the elegance of the night. (They accommodated cornhole outside during the cocktail hour and made mini palm trees out of pineapples! So cute!) Our guests complimented not only the food, but also the atmosphere and very friendly staff. Throughout the night they were attentive to our guests (very good at addressing guests by name) and made a few game-day decisions to make the reception so much more enjoyable. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great wedding reception. Excellent shrimp grilled cheese :-)

The Country Club of Hilton Head was perfect for my February wedding. The weather was beautiful which only enhanced the already beautiful venue. My ceremony was outside where the view was gorgeous. Guests sat behind the empty driving range and the greenery around the venue was perfect. The ceremony space had a grand staircase entrance which was perfect. The venue had a microphone and speaker for the officiant and organized entrance timing. Staff was supportive in keeping us on time, making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. Throughout the year prior to my wedding there was a lot of communication between me and my contact at the venue. While there were time where responses were limited or delayed, it was clear that my wedding was important to them and my questions were always answered. I would suggest being very clear with selections in terms of food and drinks. There were a few things that were missed but staff was quick to adjust and were accommodating. The most repeated comment I hear throughout the night was how great the food was. All of my guests commented on how delicious the food was. I had picked the venue's bruschetta, baked brie, and fruit for cocktail hour and the low country BBQ, shrimp and grits bar, and mashed potato bar for dinner. The stand out menu options were the baked brie and the mashed potato bar. I repeatedly had guests coming up to me and saying how good those options were. The standout to me as well as many gests were the shrimp and grits. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the County Club of Hilton Head and wouldn't change a thing if I had to do it over. The staff was amazing, the venue beautiful even in February, and food perfect.
