Wedding Jewelers in New Mexico

This store is absolutly wonderful! We went here before to get our expensive eye glasses fixed when the arms on them broke and the eye doctor insist that we get a new pair (at $200+) and they only charged aroung $30 to fix. They also sell all kinds of jewelry and other engravable type knick knacks, so they are a really cool store. I went here to get my husband's wedding band engraved. Unfortionatly because it is toungsten, (the hardest material currently known) Zales informed us that it could not be engraved. Well, I was at the store to pick up my Grandmother's ring, which they fixed an opal in for me to wear to the wedding. (My Grandmother died when I was 4, so the ring is VERY precious to me.) They not only made this ring shine and sparkle, but also enhanced it to brilliance! Then they also informed me they could engrave my husband's ring for me. They made it very simple, by showing me pre-printed font styles and putting everything in the computer in front of me. 30 minuets later, it was ready, and spectacular! The associates here are absolutly fantastic, and know my husband and I by name after we went into their store only two times!!!!

Great variety of options, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They could answer any and all questions that were asked. At no time did we feel pushed into buying a certain style, and we found the perfect rings to fit our budget.

They were great when we first looked at rings. They had a wide variety and the employees really know their business. The woman even used a marker to color in a diamond so that I could see what a sapphire would look like in the setting! One ring I loved but wanted it in platinum. They patiently worked with the supplier to get them to make it for me.They took great care to order it with the same, unusual, hue as the ring in the store. Whenever I called, the person answering was professional and took care of me and knew what was going on with my ring. The ring was perfect but after a month one of the tiny diamonds fell out. I just walked into the store and it took them 10 minutes to replace it, check the rest of the ring and clean it. Very different from the unprofessional service my fiance got at Shelton's.

They designed the most beautiful wedding ring for me based on one similar I had seen in their line in Hawaii. Love my ring, love the service and Elicia is the best saleslady.

AMAZING!!!!!! Her work is sensational and she created the dream rings we had in our minds. She is beyond talented and fun to work with. We are so lucky to have rings made by Gail!!

Rio Grande Jewelry had a large selection to choose from and we were able to find my picky Fiance the perfect wedding band. Their prices are unbeatable and I plan to point others in their direction to look for wedding rings.

My fiance chose to have me help pick out my engagement ring. I knew I wanted something special with history behind it, so we went to Things Finer and looked at their collection of vintage rings. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They were also more than willing to help educate us about what to look for when shopping for fine jewelry. In the end I picked a beautiful sapphire ring (a diamond on each side) set in platinum. In the past year I have had a couple ring size fluctuations, and the staff at Things Finer have been both helpful and accommodating when it came to getting my ring size adjusted.

This store provides the customer with an excellent experience in a welcoming environment. The employees placed a wide spectrum of options in front of me.

I have bought all my engagement rings at Butterfield jewelers. This will be number 5 wife and always receive excellent service and care, also highly recommended Butterfield Jewelers. Thank-You Butterfield.
