This store is absolutly wonderful! We went here before to get our expensive eye glasses fixed when the arms on them broke and the eye doctor insist that we get a new pair (at $200+) and they only charged aroung $30 to fix. They also sell all kinds of jewelry and other engravable type knick knacks, so they are a really cool store.

I went here to get my husband's wedding band engraved. Unfortionatly because it is toungsten, (the hardest material currently known) Zales informed us that it could not be engraved. Well, I was at the store to pick up my Grandmother's ring, which they fixed an opal in for me to wear to the wedding. (My Grandmother died when I was 4, so the ring is VERY precious to me.) They not only made this ring shine and sparkle, but also enhanced it to brilliance! Then they also informed me they could engrave my husband's ring for me. They made it very simple, by showing me pre-printed font styles and putting everything in the computer in front of me. 30 minuets later, it was ready, and spectacular!
The associates here are absolutly fantastic, and know my husband and I by name after we went into their store only two times!!!!
