They were great when we first looked at rings. They had a wide variety and the employees really know their business. The woman even used a marker to color in a diamond so that I could see what a sapphire would look like in the setting! One ring I loved but wanted it in platinum. They patiently worked with the supplier to get them to make it for me.They took great care to order it with the same, unusual, hue as the ring in the store. Whenever I called, the person answering was professional and took care of me and knew what was going on with my ring. The ring was perfect but after a month one of the tiny diamonds fell out. I just walked into the store and it took them 10 minutes to replace it, check the rest of the ring and clean it. Very different from the unprofessional service my fiance got at Shelton's.

I had an accident the day I got engaged and I had to get my ring cut off my finger at the hospital. The next day we took the ring in to get it fixed and they were so understanding and they did not charge us to fix it or re-size it. We were sooo grateful for them.
