Lyles did an AMAZING job on our bouquets, boutonnieres and cake-topper. My bouquet could not have been more beautiful! Leading up to the big day, Julie designed each bouquet in detail with me down to the exact colors and flowers included. She really knows her flowers! She had pictures of each and paid close attention to the pictures I shared, listened to our our desires, provided thoughtful input and then made it all come to life. On top of this, she was so sweet and professional in her delivery. She was also super responsive to any support I needed and was always on time for any appointments or calls we had planned. I was so impressed! The delivery team was so nice too and they knew exactly what they were doing, requiring zero support on the day of the wedding. The only recommendation I would make to Lyles regarding how to improve their business/operation would be to incorporate electronic interaction into their customer service and become more tech-savvy. We hired Lyles based on word of mouth and only a couple of pictures, but the world needs to see what great work Lyles does so I highly encourage posting more pictures Online and utilizing email and social media to share your talents with a broader audience. Thanks for making our day so special!

A friend recommended me this seller on Etsy. I contacted her and she worked with me to customize the flowers to match our color scheme to perfection! My only regret is not getting all of our bouquets through her. Absolutely amazing! And now we get to have our bouquets preserved for all time!
