We initially found Epping Forest due to the beautiful water views and lovely history of the mansion and we were so happy we did! Ernestine was our point person throughout the wedding planning process and was there for all our needs the weekend of. She was responsive, kind and always willing to give a calming perspective. The entire staff also worked to ensure that our wedding day was PERFECT! All of our guests since have been RAVING about how incredible our wedding day experience was for them as well! From the food to all the perfect sunset photo ops they have had nothing but great things to say! Finally, Ernestine and the entire Epping team are the exact people you want in a crisis! Our dogs acted as our ring bearer and flower girl in the wedding and before the start of the ceremony, our ring bearer decided to run away. Everyone on staff and even some neighbors came out to search for our pup and ensure she made it home safe. Thank you so much Epping Forest!

We had my daughter’s wedding at Hidden hills and everything was so easy to do! Russ and his staff are very attentive, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Russ was very organized during the planning process as well. Food was excellent, presentation excellent and the grounds beautiful.

We are meticulous and detail oriented couple with 200 guests yet Denise managed to make everything happen and flow the way we want with a big smile! I did not have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. The staff and food exceeded our expectations to a point I received lots of comments from my guests on how professional and nice the staff were. They went above and beyond to ensure each guest is comfortable and happy to a point that I heard from a guest that they switched her meal with a smile as she did not eat steak! We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Gary, Denise and all Deerwood staff for their efforts, professionalism and allowing us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest!

I am so very happy I went with San Jose Country Club for our wedding reception! The food was so delicious, the staff were so very attentive to our needs, and the place was so beautiful. Also we were actually able to make it to golden hour and the sight was amazing. We are waiting on more pictures from our photographer but so far the pictures released have been so beautiful and melt my heart. I can say that with all my heart I would definitely recommend this place to others. And finally to Brittany (coordinator at San Jose) and the catering staff, thank you thank you thank you, for allowing us to spend a special moment of forever at your venue. From Mr. And Mrs. Foris

I found Deercreek after an extensive search for an affordable venue that was still beautiful with southern charm. They were running a special package at the time that sold me and was essentially all inclusive- food, bar, linens&napkins, menu tasting, venue coordinator! We also had rehearsal/rehearsal dinner there and the food was incredible both days. So many compliments! Jessica was the venue coordinator and was a pleasure to work with. We could not have chosen a more perfect place! The pergola is stunning and with good weather- we had the dance floor outside with twinkle lights. It was everything we wanted and more!

We had a phenomenal experience working with the TCC team for a recent wedding hosted onsite. From the very beginning, working with Derek was a breeze. His emails were swift and clear. On the event day, the entire service team at Timuquana went above and beyond to ensure our couple's experience was top notch. We cannot recommend this team and location for events enough. We look forward to future opportunities to work together!

Queen’s Harbor was the perfect location for our wedding and birthday celebration. Amy Beman was a true partner in making our special event magnificent and memorable. As a hybrid event, our 100 guests enjoyed 4 venues in one evening and Amy helped us navigate it all flawlessly. 1. The evening began at 5:30 PM with a cocktail party to celebrate my mother‘s 92nd birthday. We served a delicious display of Beef Wellington, Shrimp Cocktail, Ahi Tuna Wontons, the Ultimate Cheese Board, and Assorted Fresh Fruits with an open bar. Guests are still raving! 2. At 6:30 PM, guests were invited to move outside to the wedding garden under the oak trees for our Ceremony. Afterwards, Amy even helped us Coordinate a large group photo of the wedding party and all guests in a side garden with a gorgeous view of the lake and golf course. 3. At 7:45 PM, dinner began in the ballroom. Everyone enjoyed the ultimate dinner buffet of Prime Rib, Chicken Marsala, BBQ Salmon, Strawberry Pecan Salad, Potatoes, and Fresh Vegetables. We created a dessert buffet extravaganza with nine choices, providing everyone with a delicious assortment. 4. At 8:45 PM, music began and guests danced, laughed, played, celebrated, and smiled. It could not have been a better experience. And thank you to Brenda and her team of servers who delivered impeccable customer service. I cannot emphasize enough, how much of a pleasure it was to work with the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club team, and Kathy (the event planner from the club). Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was so pleasant and accommodating. Our wedding planner who has been in the profession for over 15 years emphasized multiple times how incredibly lucky we were to have Kathy and her team. The day of went so smoothly, and was exactly how we envisioned- such a dream. On top of the logistics, the venue itself is stunning and was so aesthetically pleasing in all ways!
