I found AV photobooth on Yelp and worked with Adam to create a package that worked with my needs and budget. Adam was responsive and easy to work with in making our contract, which included unlimited prints and a customized backdrop. After the contract was finalized, I worked with Anthony on the backdrop and template for the printed photo strip. On the day of the wedding, they arrived on time and worked with our coordinator to set up without any issues. Our guests really enjoyed the photobooth and props, and we received many compliments about the experience – the pictures proved how fun it was! The only area for improvement is that I wanted to finalize the template and backdrop earlier than it panned out. However, the provided service was excellent and the attention to our wedding was evident. Anthony worked with a new vendor to make our personalized backdrop, and communicated with me several times to provide updates and ask for my preferences for the backdrop and template. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and I could tell that he was working diligently to provide a product that I would be happy with – I really appreciated that. The backdrop looked great but wasn’t completely matte so there was a slight glare in pictures – not a big deal since most guests covered the glare. Only a few days after the wedding, we received a USB drive with all the pictures in their original size and on the photo strip, which was great because the photo strip cut off some people on the edges so the full size pictures included everyone and were perfect for uploading and sharing. We were surprised by how quickly the pictures got to us. Overall, we were happy with the experience and service provided, and would recommend AV Photobooth.
