The Trade center did a wonderful job with the venue and catering for my wedding. They were prompt, time conscious, and very attentive. I would highly recommend this venue for any event!

The Venue was AMAZING! The views of the river is breathtaking and there are multiple rooms/ areas to host things in. Working with the staff is super easy and they are very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the alcohol packages and the requirement to go through the venue for bartending and alcohol purchase.

I got my alterations done on my wedding dress as well as a bridesmaid dress and was very satisfied for each occasion. She has beautiful dresses in store but I did not happen to need the dress, just alterations both times. Good place to get accessories, and very friendly service both times!

I cannot say enough good things about 21 Acres and Emily! Absolutely incredible from the moment we toured the venue & even after our wedding day. I would recommend 21 Acres to everyone. Hands down the best decision for a beautiful wedding & amazing team!!

My daughter was married, March 14th, 2020, at Legacy at Serenity Farms. Let me start by saying the original venue we had chosen, cancelled less than three weeks before the wedding. Bo and Cindy, heard about what happened. They offered there venue to us. They were not planning to have a wedding that day because they were still getting the venue ready. They worked around the clock to get things done and ready for our daughter and her fiancé. We, the parents of the bride, had many things we asked of them. Bo and Cindy never questioned anything and went out of their way to make it just how we wanted it. They met with us whenever we asked. My daughter and son in law were the first to be married at this beautiful venue. My daughters dream was to be married outside. The venue has both outside and inside options for the wedding ceremony in case of rain. The venue is beautiful, both inside and out. We had around 180 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone. There’s a covered porch outside with plenty of room. We had an outside bar, two beautiful handmade farm tables built by Bo, a little over 7 feet long, which we used as a charcuterie board, 6 bistro tables as well as a drink table on the porch. If you are looking for a beautiful venue to get married, I highly recommend Legacy at Serenity Farms. The website only offers five stars. If I could, I would rate this venue a ten. There are not enough good things for me to say about not only the crew at Fox Hall but the venue itself. Gail, Karmen, Bho, and Kevin were major parts of our big day and, honestly, I wouldn't have been able to pull this off without them. They will forever hold a special place in our hearts for everything they did to make it the most fun, beautiful wedding day ever. During our first consultation, there was an immediate connection and they knew exactly what I wanted. I thought about finding a band: boom, Skylar Saufley. I really wanted a videographer: boom, Kendrick Baker. But what if I wanted to have a grand entrance: boom, done. I need bartenders: boom, we've got you. Catering: boom, done. They just absolutely were the most accommodating people and kept in communication with me during the whole process, even through Covid. But the venue....I have trouble even describing how absolutely exceptional it is. Pictures don't do it justice. When you walk in, the grandeur and history of the building is prominent in every small detail. And it can be decorated to be anything you want from industrial to modern to rustic farmhouse. The best part about the place is that it's a ceremony venue AND a reception venue. The price for everything that you get is really shocking for how honestly amazing this place is and all the amenities that are included. We had our rehearsal at Swamp Fox Distillery, which is walking distance from Fox Hall and the Fox Hall crew even helped to facilitate that. There is beautiful accommodations in downtown Buena Vista as well. When we initially started, it was called Sign of the Dove Inn but has since been purchased by Clay Snider (who did my catering) and is being rebranded as The Town House. If you're looking for a truly unique, intimate and beautiful wedding venue for 100 people or less...you HAVE to go see these guys. You won't be disappointed.

The PowerHouse was a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding. Kaitlyn was a joy to work with and very helpful. We especially liked having access to the venue for the entire weekend so we had plenty of time for setup and take down. The setting on the river was beautiful and we could not have asked for a more amazing day!

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The owners are so sweet & just who you’d want by your side during this special time. Jamie is the BEST!!
