Fox Hall is a historically rich wedding venue located in Buena Vista, Georgia. This space is run by a team of married couples dedicated to helping visitors have an unforgettable wedding day. The down-to-earth setting boasts a vintage aesthetic, with a blend of the original construction and modern renovations to accommodate any nuptial theme. The versatile space, combined with the dedicated in-house staff, will make any couple’s big day one to remember.
Facilities and Capacity
First built in 1903, Fox Hall has been carefully restored to host various celebrations, while still celebrating its over 100 years of history. It can accommodate an array of events, from intimate gatherings with 10 guests, to traditional ceremonies and receptions with up to 100 people. For an old-world touch, it features the original, hand-operated elevator to make you and your loved ones feel like they’re stepping back in time. The exposed brick walls make for a breathtaking backdrop during ceremonies and photo sessions, while the original hardwood floors offer plenty of dancing space. Large windows surround the space, to cover your event in plenty of natural light, while the detailed chandeliers add a sophisticated glow throughout the night. Live bands and DJs can set up on the large, elevated stage, decorated with antique chandeliers and 1800s piano to add a classic touch. Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure that every guest arrives at the venue safely.
Services Offered
The property’s in-house team and event coordinator strive to help couples achieve their nuptial dreams, and work to meet all their needs and wants. The team’s bartending and catering team will customize their food and drink menus and make sure that each guest is cared for throughout the evening. Industrial-syle tables and chairs for up to 70 guests will be provided and can be set up into any arrangement that couples prefer. Soon-to-be-weds are more than welcome to select their own vendors that will help them turn their dream design into a reality. In addition to the big day, Fox Hall can also host various prenuptial celebrations, including engagement parties, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners.
Other Services
Fox Hall can also coordinate specialty services. The team has access to multi-genre live music, from duo performances to full bands with vocalists. They are also able to coordinate a private whiskey bottling event for the couple or entire wedding party with the help of Swamp Fox Distilling Company.

Truly Exceptional From "Yes" to "I Do"
During our first consultation, there was an immediate connection and they knew exactly what I wanted. I thought about finding a band: boom, Skylar Saufley. I really wanted a videographer: boom, Kendrick Baker. But what if I wanted to have a grand entrance: boom, done. I need bartenders: boom, we've got you. Catering: boom, done. They just absolutely were the most accommodating people and kept in communication with me during the whole process, even through Covid.
But the venue....I have trouble even describing how absolutely exceptional it is. Pictures don't do it justice. When you walk in, the grandeur and history of the building is prominent in every small detail. And it can be decorated to be anything you want from industrial to modern to rustic farmhouse. The best part about the place is that it's a ceremony venue AND a reception venue. The price for everything that you get is really shocking for how honestly amazing this place is and all the amenities that are included.
We had our rehearsal at Swamp Fox Distillery, which is walking distance from Fox Hall and the Fox Hall crew even helped to facilitate that. There is beautiful accommodations in downtown Buena Vista as well. When we initially started, it was called Sign of the Dove Inn but has since been purchased by Clay Snider (who did my catering) and is being rebranded as The Town House.
If you're looking for a truly unique, intimate and beautiful wedding venue for 100 people or less...you HAVE to go see these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Kevin and Karmen are a fun loving couple with 3 children. They met in college in middle Georgia and ultimately chose to spend the rest of their lives together. Kevin's a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who runs everything behind the scenes. He's the analytical one who crunches the numbers and makes sure the processes are efficient. Karmen has been a career stay at home mom and maintains the organization and helps Gail, Kevin's older sister design an organize events.
Their career paths have led them all over the SE from the corporate world to entrepreneurship. Together, they also own and operate Sign of the Dove Inn and Sign of the Dove Restaurant.
Both businesses are available to provide accommodations and catering for Fox Hall events.
Bo and Gail are a compassionate and dedicated couple, married 30+ years. Fresh out of college and into their first careers, they met in New York, fell in and are still in love. Bo has an extensive background in retail management and automobile mechanics and modifications. Gail has history in corporate event planning, management and once owned and operated her own floral business.
Together, they also own B&G Thrift Shop, own/manage rental real estate and are the ultimate duo. Bo coordinates all of the venue staff and inventory while Gail takes inquiries, designs events and fills in whenever and wherever needed.
Terry and Pam met in NY City in their tender 20's, got married and have been together ever since. Though miles away, and soon to be empty-nesters, Pam, Kevin and Gail's middle sister, stays plugged in by maintaining the business books and accounting as well as coordinating weekly zoom meetings with the team.
Pam is retired from her career love, corporate accounting and Terry is a retired NY Police Lieutenant and Air Force Reservist. Together they also own a multicultural museum/event venue in their home town and their daughter is a soon to be freshman in college.
