We had a great experiencing working with Lexie at the Riverchase Country Club to make our dream wedding become a reality in the era of Covid weddings. She was so flexible and offered so many option while catering to our every need.

We had our wedding reception at Wynlakes and it was wonderful. It was at 7:00 in the evening and we had it in the new ballroom. The food was wonderful. The staff were great. It was a big football night that night so there were two TV's for some of (well alot actually-we live in the south) our guests to watch the game. You have alot of food choices to choose from. We chose the most conservative heavy appetizers and it was plenty for all of our guests. You definately get a lot of bang for your buck. The courtyard area is a great spot for pictures with your wedding party. I would recomment Wynlakes to any body. I had no complaints at all.

The venue is gorgeous. Staff amazing! The best wedding food I've ever had. In this crazy times. Joe and his staff made our daughter's wedding just magical and very safe. All our guest raved about everything.

Ron Suerman is the BEST venue manager I have ever worked with. Our very first meeting was our tasting and it was the best presentation that I have ever seen for a tasting. Ron was always available for us when we needed him. I was able to see him run an event for before our wedding and it was precision at it's finest. His staff worked with respect for him and happy to do their part to make the day a success. We were able to do three different areas for our wedding. The ceremony outside, the cocktail hour upstars, then the guest were able to come down to the ballrooms for the reception. Ron and his team were able to move the chairs from outside and inside seamlessly. The plated dinner that we choose to have went perfect. Our guest were even saying after the wedding..."who was that guy?" He is amazing. Ron was blessed with a gene of caring and undertanding. I could NOT have had the day I dreamt of without his assistance. He worked well with our vendor team and vice versa. This is very important for your day to go off without a hitch as welll. We truly appreciate all the work that he put in for our big day. If you have any hesitation about using VHCC as your venue for whatever your event, please don't. Just have one visit with Ron.

We needed a large ballroom for a large guest list. Tara and Bryan were great to work with and work out all the details. They helped to work out new challenges for the venue. Everything was perfect as planned and turned out great! Such a beautiful day!!

Highly recommend having your event at Hoover Country Club!

This venue was wonderful! Everyone on the staff made the event amazing. They took wonderful care of us and made sure that the wedding reception was everything we wanted and more. We had an entirely vegan wedding, and everyone raved about the food. The chef outdid himself! All of the staff made sure that we were taken care of, down to stopping me on the way to the water cooler and insisting that they get water for me. Everything was beautiful, the space was perfect, and I would recommend this venue to anyone for any event, but definitely for a wedding. It was worth every bit of the money. Oh, the best part? They have a bridal suite where the two of you are taken before you go out and have your first dance, and it's a cozy little room where you are served dinner and can sit and relax for as long as you want. And the dinner they serve you is two huge plates of food! They check on you all the time and make sure you don't need anything else. It was so nice to take a breather in between the wedding and the reception. Hands down, the perfect event venue.

We booked the main club house for our reception and it was incredible. The team worked flawlessly with my planner and her team to execute our event. We had a private tasting where we created the menu, and on the night of they set up a private area for my husband and I to have a meal alone before enjoying the party. They also provided great meals for our vendors. Every guest praised about how the food tasted and the quality of service. No one ever waited in a long line for a drink or food and I feel like that is unheard of.

My husband and I started setting everything up for our vow renewal a year prior to the date of our ceremony. They were our venue and even catered our event. There were rooms for my husband and the groomsmen to get dressed and there was also a room for my ladies and I to get ready. Morgan was especially helpful to us. The day of the big event, Ellen really helped me out with decorating. My theme was very simple, yet elegant. Ellen ensured that the room looked beautiful. The food was also very good!
