Working with Arlene and her team was great! We had to make some last minute changes to have the ceremony inside due to weather and everyone helped to make it an easy transition so we did not have to worry about it! The food was amazing and the venue is gorgeous! So glad we had our wedding at the Ledges.

Arlene was fantastic to work with! She made herself available every time we wanted to meet, she scheduled a tasting for us, and she was present during the ceremony and reception to ensure that all went smoothly. Our ceremony and reception couldn't have been more beautiful or seamless. Definitely recommend!

My daughter' s wedding reception was held at The Ledges in Huntsville,Al. I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue or wonderful experience. Arlene , the events coordinator , was truly amazing! She was so professional and always available to reassure us that everything would come together. The food was incredible and the staff was so helpful. We had plenty of room and the set up in the rooms was perfect. I cannot imagine a more perfect place!

The Ledges of Huntsville is absolutely beautiful!! I couldnt have chosen a better venue to have my reception! The customer service was amazing, and the food was out of this world!!

The Ledges has a English Tudor-style clubhouse with beautifully landscaped grounds and a two-story terrace that overlooks the city of Huntsville. We were married behind the Clubhouse, and our reception was in the grand ballroom. We wanted our wedding to be a mixture of modern and elegance. The Ledges Sales Director, Susan Conner, and the Events Coordinator, Lara Holladay, made our dream come true!

Our ceremony was outside, and it had been pouring rain all morning. It stopped raining just in time for the ceremony, and the Ledges staff were immediately outside drying off chairs and setting up flowers. I don't know how they made everything come together so quickly, but they did a great job!

The cocktail hour was on the terrace, and we had a 6-foot long ice bar! It was standard bar height, with columns carved from ice on both sides, champagne buckets carved from ice on the top, and our monogram carved in the center. The Ledges had never seen an ice bar before, and I was nervous that they wouldn't allow it but they didn't skip a beat. They were excited about it! And after the reception, they took care of taking the bar down.

The reception was in the Clubhouse Ballroom, which is beautifully decorated and lends itself well to any decor. The walls, floor and window treatments are all neutral, there are two large antique crystal chandeliers, and a floor-to-ceiling bay window at the back of the room that frames the city overlook.

The Ledges has their own chef and dining team. My husband and I are big foodies.....food was the most important aspect of the wedding to us. I don't know how to convey this with enough emphasis, but DINNER WAS THE BEST FOOD WE'VE EVER HAD AT ANY CATERED EVENT EVER. The main course was pork tenderloin with apricot reduction, crawfish succotash and stone-ground grits. My mouth is watering just remembering and typing this! At our pre-wedding tasting, the chef had prepared 2 versions of the succotash....one was spicier than the other. My husband loves spicy food, and really liked the spicier version but it was way too spicy to serve to all the wedding guests. The chef remembered this, and made a special portion of the spicier version just for my husband! The service was flawless. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. There were no lags between courses. I can't brag about the service enough. They were top-notch!

The Ledges went above and beyond in providing for my wedding. The event coordinator and staff are all so professional and helpful, and made planning the reception a breeze. The minute we arrived the morning of the wedding, the room was already set up. The only thing we were responsible for was placing our centerpieces on the tables. It was a relief for us to not worry about any of those details as we got ready for the day! The service and catering was 5-star, and the food was absolutely delicious. They even worked around a few dietary restrictions that my guests had. That being said, it was expensive but you definitely get what you pay for and in my opinion it was quite worth it.

My husband and I have only the best memories from our May 2016 wedding! The Ledges was very cooperative in working with us! We had a very positive experience selecting food, drinks and linens. They were also very accommodating with all of our vendors! The Ledges has an exceptional reputation in Huntsville for a reason - and now with all of our guests that came from Germany to the wedding - they have a stellar international repution as well!
