Ron Suerman is the BEST venue manager I have ever worked with. Our very first meeting was our tasting and it was the best presentation that I have ever seen for a tasting. Ron was always available for us when we needed him. I was able to see him run an event for before our wedding and it was precision at it's finest. His staff worked with respect for him and happy to do their part to make the day a success. We were able to do three different areas for our wedding. The ceremony outside, the cocktail hour upstars, then the guest were able to come down to the ballrooms for the reception. Ron and his team were able to move the chairs from outside and inside seamlessly. The plated dinner that we choose to have went perfect. Our guest were even saying after the wedding..."who was that guy?" He is amazing. Ron was blessed with a gene of caring and undertanding. I could NOT have had the day I dreamt of without his assistance.
He worked well with our vendor team and vice versa. This is very important for your day to go off without a hitch as welll. We truly appreciate all the work that he put in for our big day.
If you have any hesitation about using VHCC as your venue for whatever your event, please don't. Just have one visit with Ron.
