We are so happy that we picked Park Crest as our wedding venue. As a bonus we got Hayden as our wedding coordinator! She was wonderful in helping ensure all details were prepared for the wedding.

Iron City, Kendall, and her team were AMAZING. I cannot talk enough about how flexible, calm, helpful, and truly fantastic they were. Our private meal was amazing, all the guests were well taken care of, and Kendall took all of our visions and made them come true! Highly recommend as a venue. The food was also FANTASTIC

B&A warehouse did an amazing job. Haley made it all seem effortless. The food , a custom menu with stations , was described by our guests as “ best wedding food ever”! Terrific staff service and bar tenders. Historical building with such charm. Use of remote parking with shuttle service was helpful. We highly recommend B&A for all of your venue needs. They also were the most transparent when we began the process.

Our experience at Woodrow Hall was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew it was the place where our forever would begin. The space itself is absolutely stunning, elegant, timeless, and full of character. It created the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked. But what truly sets Woodrow Hall apart is Princess, the owner and wedding coordinator. She is simply phenomenal. From day one, Princess made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and a calm confidence that put us completely at ease. On our wedding day, she moved through the venue like a quiet superhero, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly while allowing us to stay fully present in the joy of the moment. Princess doesn’t just coordinate events, she pours her heart into them. Her warmth, organization, and dedication transformed our vision into something even more beautiful than we imagined. For a wedding, engagement party, or a special birthday, it’s all about having a good time with your guests. For most, dancing is an important part of that! Concordia’s dance floor is huge, made just for dancing with a ballroom wood floor snd a light up disco ball, romantic lighting, mirrored walls and dim marble gold scounces. We had a lovely wedding reception there and go to casual and formal balls there. Pretty tablecloths, centerpieces and chair covers along with soft lights can this to a lovely setting. Then there is also a separate “saloon room” with a 20 ft antique bar, historic photos and pressed tin ceiling. (The club was founded in the 1880s as a German cultural society). There is a large kitchen, parking lot security included and large ice machine. And the dance floor was recently refinished, no concrete floors here! And the AC cools just fine if your decorators don’t prop the doors open for hours. Best to remind them. All in all, Concordia is one of the best values in town!

From the moment we met with the event coordinator, Haley, we knew right away that this was the place for us! Saturn is so unique and has a fun atmosphere. The price was amazing, and they were very flexible on everything to accommodate all of our needs and wants. They offer a bridal suite loft with plenty of room and amazing decorations - which means a LOT of awesome photo opportunities! I would highly highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a less traditional look or even just a fun-filled wedding. They also handled the lighting and bar services. I couldn't imagine my wedding taking place anywhere else.

This venue is so beautiful! It really doesn’t take many decorations because the venue itself has so much character it offers. The staff was very responsive. My only complaint is that they allowed a couple to tour the venue the day of our wedding. This took place as we were setting up. They also had balloons on the ceiling in the entry way from a previous party (they eventually had someone to come and take them down right before the wedding began). One of the sales associate, who’s name I won’t say, tried to confront us about confronting them for having a tour to take place on the day we rented the building out and keep in mind we rented out the ENTIRE building to avoid what took place. Granted, we of course did not own the place, but for that time being we did, so it was highly disrespectful to give a tour during our timeframe. That was the equivalent of renting an AirBnB out and allowing prospective guests to tour the place while you’re staying there.

Where do I even begin? The Theodore has been a wonderful experience through and through. Given that we have had a long engagement, the planning process has been extensive to say the least, but Jakob the venue owner has become more of a friend than “the owner” to my family and I. Every time we had a wedding planning meeting at the Theodore, he played fun music/checked on us/ and voiced how excited he was to see it all come together. Another fun aspect was the wedding menu food tasting that The Theodore hosts every few months. Our food tasting at the Theodore was lovely, and made choosing our wedding food menu so hard because of how many amazing options we had to pick from! They do have their own in house catering company, which make the process convenient and easy as you make your selections. Another wonderful aspect of the Theodore was that it’s a one stop shop for rentals. Jakob has put together a wonderful look book for all their clients that lists all of their inventory. This makes the choosing of all your rentals so fun and easy. You can’t go wrong since all the furniture and rental selections are so beautiful. Jakob is extremely professional, and has the greatest list ever of pre-approved vendors that will definitely point you in the right direction to plan your big day. He made the recommendation of the greatest wedding planner of all time, Erica Thomas, who has been nothing short of incredible the entire process. Jakob’s exact words to me were “Erica won’t just be a planner, she will become a lifelong friend.” And BOYYY was he right, and I still appreciate his advice to this day as she has been the biggest blessing. A lot of venues do not include the little things that make or break a wedding day that can often go unnoticed, but Jakob thinks of everything. Our wedding is in three weeks, and I can honestly say that I trust Jakob and The Theodore staff COMPLETELY to make sure the day goes smoothly and perfectly without a single bump in the road, and it will be a night my fiancé and I, our family and friends will NEVER forget!
