Facilities and Capacity

Park Crest Event Facility has four spaces where couples can hold festivities, whether they want to celebrate indoors or outside in the fresh air. This venue can comfortably accommodate up to 450 guests. The Gardens combine scenic views of the mountain with meticulous landscaping, offering a stunning setting for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. It also features fountains and a pavilion, alongside a generously sized bar and stage for festivities. The Carriage House has two separate event spaces, one on each floor. The lower level has a bar, dance floor, and stage, along with a get-ready room. Here, soaring ceilings compliment French barn doors and exposed brick walls, creating a modern, industrial atmosphere. Upstairs, an elegant event will be enhanced by the nine crystal chandeliers, reclaimed wood features, and double-sided fireplace. It hosts a second get-ready room for added privacy. The most intimate space at this venue is Park Crest Place. It has a maximum capacity of 175 and features private suites, a fully stocked bar, a stage, and two porches.

This includes Park Crest Catering, where the team is happy to design a custom menu just for your big day. An on-site wedding coordinator is also available to help couples plan their dream day.     Gorgeous Venue and Amazing Staff

    Park Crest is absolutely stunning inside and out! My fiance and I are having our ceremony in the gardens and our reception in the carriage house. They are very responsive and their catering options are very detailed. They also have a great rain plan if you're getting married in the garden.

    Edit- Post wedding:
    I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about Park Crest! Through the postponement of our wedding, they have been nothing but responsive, understanding, and kind to me, my fiance, and our families. Our wedding was beautiful and that is hugely thanks to their incredible staff. Daryl, the head chef, and Hayden, the manager, are both top-notch! Daryl did an incredible job of working within our budget and giving us an incredible meal that we could have never planned on our own. We had a buffet-style meal and he was able to configure a less-expensive cocktail buffet to feed our guests a huge variety of food and give them the feeling of getting a full meal. This saved us so much money and I would never have expected to be able to feed our guests beef, pork, chicken, AND huge crab cakes for what we wanted to pay! Everything is custom for you and he knocked it out of the park. Hayden worked so well with our wedding planner and she was so helpful throughout the process. I couldn't recommend Park Crest more! They have the most beautiful property and the best staff.

    Love this venue, love Hayden!

    My daughter got married upstairs in this venue, and her reception was downstairs. The food is provided on site and was absolutely delicious! The bar is also on site. For a stress free experience use this venue and hire Hayden as your coordinator. She is FANTASTIC! She met our every need, responded quickly to every question and took care of absolutely everything on the wedding day. As the mother of the bride I thought I would be so stressed that day, but because of Hayden, it was the least stress day of this entire wedding planning experience. Thank you Hayden from the bottom of my heart!

    Utilized the smaller facility for our daughter's wedding Feb.10th, 2018, and Darryl and crew exceeded our expectations in every way! Our reception included about 120 people and in hindsight was perfect for us. The facility offered a dining room atmosphere (for the more mature guests) and a separate bar/eating area enjoyed by the younger crowd. Kind of best of two world situation. We received many compliments on quality of the food and service...again, Darryl and crew were outstanding!
    Highly recommend as the Rating reflects!
