Located in the Centennial Park area of down town Atlanta, in walking distance to CNN Center, the Georgia Dome, Philips Arena and Historic Castleberry Hill, ZuCot Gallery offers a wonderfully intimate space that is adaptable to the specific needs of your event. From small corporate events to cocktail gatherings, luncheons to fundraisers, small wedding rehearsal dinners to bachelorette/bachelor parties, and of course weddings, ZuCot Gallery is the perfect setting for your special event.
The gallery is approximately 3,200 square foot of space including a second floor mezzanine. The exterior courtyard is in excess of an additional 6,000 square feet. Depending on seating requirements, catering needs, and audio/visual needs, the indoor gallery can accommodate a maximum of 150 people. If the exterior courtyard in incorporated into your event then the maximum number of guests can be significantly increased. The courtyard space can be reserved for an additional fee.

A refundable security deposit of $1,500 and a non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate are due at the time of the reservation with a signed copy of the rental agreement. Deposits are required to secure the date of the event and the rental fee is non-refundable. The security deposit will be used against any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by client, guests, or vendors.
