About this venue
Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is a charming wedding venue in Atlanta, Georgia. The estate has a rich history spanning just over a century. Built in 1920 by the Candler family, the 27,000 square-foot estate stands in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta. Its exquisite architecture and beautiful gardens create a stunning backdrop for any event, and its versatile spaces can be adapted to suit the needs of gatherings of all sizes.
Facilities and Capacity
Inside, you will have access to the great hall and indoor courtyard, with capacity for 200 guests. The great hall with its grand staircase is a stunning setting for indoor ceremonies. Bridal suites are located upstairs, and our library and music room offer additional space for guests during cocktail hour or the reception. Outside, you and your guests will have access to the abundant greenery and diverse blooms of the gardens and grounds. The gardens offer a tranquil and scenic atmospher for outdoor ceremoniies, while the front terrace and lawn provide refreshing outdoor space for cocktail hour and receptions. Please keep in mind that in order to preserve our historic site, Callanwolde's maximum capacity for all events is 200 guests.
Services Offered
Callanwolde Fine Arts Center provides a beautiful estate. Renters have access to our mansion as well as our grounds, 110 parking spaces, up to 200 padded white folding chairs, a long list of tables, and on-site staff that will be there to support your coordinator and team of vendors. Please keep in mind, we do not provide cateres, linens, florals, wedding planners, or anything other than what is listed above.

Dream Venue!
I was heartbroken postponing my wedding in 2020 due to COVID, but the team worked with us to schedule a new date the following year. Everything went off without a hitch and I could not be more thankful to have chosen this spot for my big day. I grew up in Europe, and at certain times throughout the day it felt as if I was back there. I will be returning around the holidays for one of their events!

Anna was very responsive during the whole process and was accommodating to our vision. We had a babysitter's room in the upstairs portion in one of the dance studios which was fantastic and I am so grateful that Callanwolde was receptive to that! Highly recommend this venue!

Beautiful gardens for those special ceremonies, chandeliers adorning a breathtaking ballroom and the most elegant staircase in Atlanta.
