Our wedding at the Pritzlaff was everything we could have ever asked for! From the moment we toured the venue through to the end of our special day, the Pritzlaff was absolutely wonderful to work with! The venue speaks for itself in its beauty and character from the courtyard and drive to the reception room. Thanks to our planner Andrea Evans (and the team at the Pritzlaff) we were truly able to enjoy not only every minute of our special day, but also the many months of planning. Our vision was captured and carried out to a T. Their calm, confident guidance made the entire planning process seamless, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran beautifully!

We chose to use Zilli Hospitality Group for our Wedding at the Pritzlaff in Milwaukee just a few weeks ago and WOW did they blow our socks off. From the food options presented to us, to the tasting meeting we got to experience, to the presentation and taste of the food we chose on our wedding day.. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The staff was so nice and available anytime we had a question, with very quick response times. The staff that worked at our wedding was just as nice and polite! We had SO many compliments from our guests and families about how delicious the food was and how amazing the service/staff were the entire night. If you are looking for amazing food and GREAT individuals to work with, you absolutely HAVE to go with Zilli! We are so grateful for all they did to make our day perfect!

We loved working with the Zilli group. We used there Coast Venue space for our wedding recpeiton. We loved the space because it was beautiful inside, and had a lovely outside space right on the water. Our Zilli team was professional, well organized, and helped make our vision a reality. We had many meetings with them before the day and we felt confident that they were ready for our event. On the day of the event they were helpful, listened it our ideas, and created a special 'in memory' fram for our family. Our guests LOVED the food, the space, the bar, and the vibe of this location. We would highly recommend working with the Zilli group.

Zilli was incredibly professional, flexible and responsive during the entire wedding planning process. They answered our countless questions throughout the planning and accommodated a couple of tasting for us as we narrowed down our wedding menu. The day of the event, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day. The staff was incredible, on point, and Rhonda was a treat to work with as she personally oversaw us as the wedding couple. The food was great, the timeline was spot-on and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Zilli for your big day!

We had the absolute best experience with Zilli. When we started our caterer search, we were recommended to Zilli by our venue. There were a few other vendors we reached out to, but Zilli had a range of experiences, price ranges, offerings and ability to customize your day that the choice was obvious. What also sealed the deal was trying the food. Jessica is the best!! She set up a private tasting for myself, my husband and both sets of our parents and we had a day of tasting. The attention to detail was apparent from the start when we walked up to the door and saw our last names on the door "Fowell-Tomlin Tasting". We got to try 6 different appetizers, three salads, three entrees, a bunch of different sauces to pair with our entree, sides and desserts. We had such a nice time and it was great to be able to discuss the menu together and also things like linens and be able to physically see them.

Everything leading up to the wedding from Jessica and Krystal, (literal dream team!) was clear and concise. There was no question of what was due, when it was due, what info they needed from us. Their portal was easy to use and kept everything really organized. Jessica was so sweet and entertained all of my weird allergy restriction requests and phone calls to clarify things.

Now for the actual day. Haleigh was our day-of, on-site coordinator and she was awesome. They made sure that Tom and I were fed. They made sure to put aside one of each of our passed apps so we could eat when we got to our table because they knew we were mingling and taking pictures during cocktail hour.

Everyone raved about the food! I have some brutally honest family and their big thing is making sure food is hot. Food was hot!! I was offered an appetizer during cocktail hour and bit in and was shocked to see steam coming out. Potato and pea samosas were a HIT and everyone loved the chorizo croquettes. So many people asked me what the croquettes were post wedding. A real highlight. We had SO many allergies at our wedding. Zilli made sure there was no peanut contamination, all allergies (gluten, pecans, etc.) had meals that were wrapped and delivered to those folks ensuring no cross contamination. They were truly the best. One of our guests decided they no longer wanted the chicken.... and asked for beef instead and they accommodated her (which was above and beyond what they needed to do!!).

We did a dessert table and everyone LOVED the chocolate mousse and creme brûlée. They had everything with little signs and I actually got asked if someone could borrow my dessert stands because they loved them, but Zilli sourced all of that for us! We had late night pizza which everyone said was a hit as the liquor set in.

Zilli catered our wedding a year ago and the food was amazing! A wedding during Covid wasn’t easy to pull off but their team set up our tables through the Streets of Old Milwaukee at the Milwaukee Public Museum so beautifully and spread out enough for everyone to feel comfortable. When we mentioned a few minor issues, Steph was quick to offer solutions and supreme customer service. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our guests feel comfortable and for making our special day so fantastic. If you’re looking for a good caterer, they’re out there. If you’re looking for a great caterer, who truly cares about customer service, call Zilli.

We had the most AMAZING experience with Zilli!! They were so organized and helpful during a stressful time!! They made everything so easy and made everything exactly how we wanted it.
All of the food was delicious. They did an amazing job with the appetizers and making sure everyone was able to get them around our venue. The meal was SO good. We had so many guests who told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We had three different course options and each was better than the last. I really enjoyed the squash ravioli. I am so happy we chose them for our catering since they helped to make our day perfect!
