Our wedding at the Pritzlaff was everything we could have ever asked for! From the moment we toured the venue through to the end of our special day, the Pritzlaff was absolutely wonderful to work with! The venue speaks for itself in its beauty and character from the courtyard and drive to the reception room. Thanks to our planner Andrea Evans (and the team at the Pritzlaff) we were truly able to enjoy not only every minute of our special day, but also the many months of planning. Our vision was captured and carried out to a T. Their calm, confident guidance made the entire planning process seamless, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran beautifully! -

We chose to use Zilli Hospitality Group for our Wedding at the Pritzlaff in Milwaukee just a few weeks ago and WOW did they blow our socks off. From the food options presented to us, to the tasting meeting we got to experience, to the presentation and taste of the food we chose on our wedding day.. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The staff was so nice and available anytime we had a question, with very quick response times. The staff that worked at our wedding was just as nice and polite! We had SO many compliments from our guests and families about how delicious the food was and how amazing the service/staff were the entire night. If you are looking for amazing food and GREAT individuals to work with, you absolutely HAVE to go with Zilli! We are so grateful for all they did to make our day perfect! -

We loved working with the Zilli group. We used there Coast Venue space for our wedding recpeiton. We loved the space because it was beautiful inside, and had a lovely outside space right on the water. Our Zilli team was professional, well organized, and helped make our vision a reality. We had many meetings with them before the day and we felt confident that they were ready for our event. On the day of the event they were helpful, listened it our ideas, and created a special 'in memory' fram for our family. Our guests LOVED the food, the space, the bar, and the vibe of this location. We would highly recommend working with the Zilli group. -

Zilli catered our wedding a year ago and the food was amazing! A wedding during Covid wasn’t easy to pull off but their team set up our tables through the Streets of Old Milwaukee at the Milwaukee Public Museum so beautifully and spread out enough for everyone to feel comfortable. When we mentioned a few minor issues, Steph was quick to offer solutions and supreme customer service. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our guests feel comfortable and for making our special day so fantastic. If you’re looking for a good caterer, they’re out there. If you’re looking for a great caterer, who truly cares about customer service, call Zilli. -

We worked with Paula and Lauren from Zilli Hospitality Group. They were extremely helpful and responsive to all of questions. We made multiple changes a long the way but they were patient and more than happy to help.
The day of, all the staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Not only was the service amazing, the food was delicious. Multiple guests came up to us after dinner to let us know how pleased they were.
Wedding planning can get stressful, but working with Zilli Hospitality made it a breeze! -

We are so pleased with our decision to work with Zilli catering our wedding. From the get-go, we noticed Zilli had an extremely expansive menu and offered a lot of bang for our buck, with enhancements like a desserts station and late-night food. Candy did a wonderful job hosting us for our tasting to help us narrow in on menu selections. When we made the call to move forward with Zilli, Beth helped us the next ~10 months stay on track with catering details, payments and menu decisions. We also met with Beth the month before the wedding to finalize everything and ensure her team was in sync with our venue. And then the day of, Zilli truly was the star of the show. My guests were raving about all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains, to my personal favorite - our late night custom breakfast sandwich station! Rhonda, the event manager, made sure my husband and I ate and even saved us a plate of appetizers since we were busy greeting guests during the cocktail hour. Overall Zilli was prompt, professional, and surpassed our expectations. Catering is a huge part of your budget, but if you work with Zilli, you will not be disappointed.

Zilli's made the planning experiences delightful. Our tasting was just magical. They were able to create a unique menu, make special adjustments to a few items, and work with a handful of allergies!
On the big day, we did have a couple of setbacks including inconsistent heating of the food (thrown off by a cool day in a barn) and miscommunication on the table clearing. Both of these were adequately compensated and frankly could have been alleviated through a wedding planner (we did not have one) or someone similar providing better communication to the Zilli Team. -

From our initial contact with Paula throughout the evening of our wedding, Zilli's made everything so easy for us. We didn't have anything to think about on our wedding day - they brought the apps and desserts right to our table and made sure we got the chance to try everything. All of the food from the hand-passed apps, to hand-cut tenderloin at the buffet, and the variety of desserts was AMAZING and above our expectations! People are still talking about their favorites! Before the wedding we sat down with Paula to trial the food, and that was also a great experience. They have a variety of 'levels' to choose from, and there's something to fit in every budget. Zilli's is well worth the cost!!! Thanks for making our day so special! -

Liz and James' Wedding at Cuvee
Zilli's did an amazing job catering our daughter's wedding at Cuvee. The bride and groom wanted an all vegetarian menu and Zilli's came through with a delicious and outstanding menu for the cocktail reception and dinner and even arranged for Kopp's custard for the dessert (and bride's favorite)! On the day of the wedding they came through with a last minute glitch on linens - true life savers!! Thank you to Steph, Todd and their wonderful staff for making our daughter's wedding reception amazing and accommodating their particular requests. Highly, highly recommend Zilli's! -

The Zilli team made the planning and overall experience smooth and easy. Paula and Rachel were a delight to work with. They responded to us in a very timely manner throughout the entire process, which gave us one less thing to worry about while planning our wedding. The price was all inclusive and there were no hidden fees. We received upscale and first class service. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing, everything came out promptly on time. All staff were professional, timely, and overall delivered top notch service. The food was incredible. Everything was executed perfectly thanks to Steph and his team, and we couldn't be happier that we chose Zilli. The Flaming doughnut station was unique and memorable. Numerous guests that attended our wedding raved about the food and wanted to know who we used for our caterer. We HIGHLY recommend Zilli. If you want your event to seamless from start to finish, then the Zilli team is for you. My sister and her fiance are using Zilli for their upcoming wedding in June, and we cannot wait to experience Zillis' impeccable service and wonderful all over again! -

Zilli's was very accommodating and helpful from the start. We worked with Beth on the details leading up to the big day. She was very responsive, helpful and understanding of any and all changes and requests we had throughout the entire process. Candy was accommodating with special requests and was extremely helpful at our final walk through and was even all hands on deck on the day of helping wherever she was needed - even helping out with other vendors tasks! Tyler was our event manager - we had heard great things about him beforehand which is why we requested him for our wedding night. He was very present and checked in on myself and my husband to make sure we were doing okay throughout the night. Additionally, the staff seemed very professional and had an appropriate sense of urgency to get everyone served in a timely matter. The food was outstanding - both passed apps and the main dinner portion - and we heard this from many guests. We are thankful for the entire Zilli's team work and dedication to making our special day a success. 10/10 would recommend. -

Can't say enough good things about the Zilli Hospitality Group, who took charge of our event at the Milwaukee Public Museum. We knew exactly what our approximate cost would be going into the wedding because the prices they lay out were all inclusive (at least it was for us), which made budgeting well ahead of time a breeze.
The food (we got the buffet style of dining), as well as the bar were top notch and people had nothing but good things to say. Nicole, Noel and Todd did such an amazing job of making our wedding almost seamless.
Truly, the only things we had to worry about when we chose MPM as our venue was the other vendors (photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, etc.). They even when above and beyond at MPM to help our vendors; making sure the cake was where it needed to be, helping our photographer navigate, coordinating with the DJ, etc.
Thank you Zilli so much for making our special day go as well as it did. Also, can't recommend MPM enough for a venue! Was such a unique location and our guest had a blast between traditional wedding things (dining, dancing, etc.) but also getting the chance to explore a portion of the museum, checking out the video we made that played in the theater, and the guest favors being vouchers to the candy store (which people LOVED).

Rachael and Paula are so pleasant to work with! They listened to everything we wanted got back to us in good time. Can’t wait to enjoy the planning process with them!! They are awesome! The wedding day was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have imagined it going any better. 2.5 weeks later and I’m still hearing raves about the food and the staff. The station attendants were so friendly and knowledgeable. Nick was such a great manager making sure everything was absolutely perfect. They did an amazing job! -

Johnny Sent on 09/13/2018I cannot say enough about Zilli Lake & Gardens!!! I worked with Candy, Michele and Elizabeth. They were all gracious, kind and patient! They were also very flexible with our schedules. There were several times the Groom couldn't make the tastings and other meetings, but they provided a second tasting just for him and kept things moving right along. The food was phenomenal!!! My guests are still talking about it. I have to say that it was one of the best buffet menus we have ever had! Some wanted to know if they could just order some of the items just to have for their families! I have to say it again, THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! and we had a late night station, soooo much food! My guest were really impressed! The staff was over the top with kindness, just perfect! Thanks for making us look good!! :-)

Stephanie Sent on 09/09/2018We had our wedding at Cupola Barn in Oconomowoc, which just opened up last fall and was a new venue for Zilli's Hospitality Group which presented some initial challenges being a barn venue. We had asked for a sit down, formal meal, as well as hand-passed appetizers and bartending services. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests loved the duet plate option with short ribs and grilled chicken. The appetizers were a big hit as well - the staff even saved appetizers for my husband and I to try before the dinner which was a thoughtful touch! We were so impressed with the amount of staff present on the wedding day to make our sit-down meal seamless and efficient. It was nice having an all-inclusive price including tablecloths, cake-cutting, gratuity, dinnerware, etc, which made planning and budgeting a much less stressful task. Also, we went with Adorn for our flowers, which was even more convenient for pricing and delivery on the day of, seeing as they are partnered with Zilli's. Our flowers were far beyond what we could have imagined - they were so beautiful and fresh, and we allowed our florist to use her own discretion with the centerpiece arrangements which was a wonderful decision. We received countless compliments on the food, flowers, and staff services on our wedding day. Overall, the services that ZHG and Adorn provide are professional, high-quality, thoughtful, and well worth their value!

From the day I booked the venue until the day of the wedding, the staff at Zilli were responsive, helpful, and invested in making our wedding day great. The food on the day of the wedding (we did buffet-style) tasted the same as it did during the tasting, and it was easily the best wedding food we had ever eaten. I actually received texts from people during dinner saying that the food was awesome! I went into the catering selection process expecting all food to taste like "wedding food", so Zilli exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone else considering their services. -

Cindy Sent on 09/11/2016My husband and I got married at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center. They have a pre-approved catering list, and we did not know where to start! We did our research and looked at reviews, and narrowed it down to two caterers: one being Zilli. We attended our taste consultation by Zilli, and it was delicious. The food blew us out of the water. Mrs. Paula was also very personable and listened to all of our concerns. They were willing to work with our ethnic dishes, and our budget. All of this, and their ability to work with our contract (hubby is in the military and we needed to work out something in case of a deployment), made us choose Zilli. The day of the wedding, everything was set up perfectly. The coordinator of the day introduced herself, and made sure the day ran smoothly. As for the the food, we got nothing but compliments on the food. Our menu for the night consisted of Hawaiian BBQ, Mac N Cheese, Pasta, Bread etc. It was absolutely delicious. Overall, we highly recommend Zilli. -

Rebecca Sent on 01/28/2013My husband and I can not say enough positive things about Zilli Hospitality Group. We are still getting compliments on our wedding buffet.
From the start, our Representatives, Heather and Lisa, were super responsive to any and all questions (and I asked A LOT of questions). They were also very patient, which is appreciated. The menu offerings are wonderful and they made the tasting a fun, elegant experience. Their buffet packages feature delicious options and have some nice inclusions - china, silver flatware, water service during dinner, and standard size linens. If you opt for their 'enhancements' - there are many nice offerings to choose from. During our tasting, we met one of the Zilli chefs who made some custom changes to our wedding day menu.
The day of our wedding, our event manager, Todd, helped everything move along flawlessly. He was right there to answer all of our questions and was a great pleasure to work with. What impressed my husband and me the most is that the buffet servers greeted us by our first names, congratulated us, and carried our plates to our table. That personalized touch was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
All food from Zilli is made from scratch in their kitchen and you can definitely tell the difference. I highly recommend Zilli Hospitality Group for the overall quality encompassed in each service they provide. Our day would not have been the same without them!

From the tasting to the ease of the contracts and menus. Communication was great- we were in contact with Paula and Stephanie often and they were both wonderful. We hired them for both our bartending and catering services- highly recommended! -

The value was exceptional once we factored in the enhancement credit from our catering package, and the final product was stunning. Katie listened to what we wanted and delivered flowers that exceeded our expectations. If you're going with Zilli for your food (and you should), you should absolutely take advantage of Adorn's services. The flowers are the first thing everyone comments on when they see our photos, and we couldn't be happier.

Abby Sent on 07/02/2018Our wedding was at the Domes, and we worked with Roxann and Jessica. One thing unique with ZHG is that they offered us a tasting of their food, which was very important to us, as food is one of the things people remember the most about a wedding. The food at the tasting was phenomenal and helped us choose ZHG as our caterers, as well as the fact that the Domes was available on our chosen wedding weekend. We received an additional enhancement from Zilli for choosing Sunday, which removed a lot of stress from me, as we had their staff set up our decorations prior to the event. Roxann was wonderful throughout the planning process and addressed all of our questions and concerns, as well as changes and updates, as they arose.
On our wedding day, the decorations were set up exactly as the pictures I provided. Megan, our on-site even coordinator, and Roxann went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned, even making sure the wedding crashers were quietly asked to leave. We selected hors d'oeuvres so that our guests weren’t so hungry during the hour we set aside for pictures. Throughout dinner, we heard multiple people comment to their table-mates about how tasty the food was. The miniature desserts were so worth the investment and helped us save on how much we spent on cake.
Throughout the night, all the staff made sure that we were hydrated and fed. They set aside hors d'oeuvres before dinner and miniature desserts and cake after dinner, because we were so busy with everything else.
If you are considering the Domes and debating if the Light Show is worth the expense, it definitely is. This was the one thing I did not plan myself, so it was a huge, fantastic surprise when a “Star Wars Medley” was announced. It was hands-down my favorite part of the reception.
Everything went so smoothly, a big part of which was Roxann’s excellent coordination and communication with us throughout the planning process. Our night was truly unforgettable. -

Zilli Hospitality was the obvious choice when we were looking for a wedding caterer. They had clear and upfront pricing and communication from the start. They set the tone for what we can expect for out wedding at our tasting . The staff was so accommodating, kind, and warm. They made us feel truly special and the food was amazing! We loved that we could have one vendor handle so much for us as we opted for cocktail hour appetizers, dinner, and their dessert bar. Although email replies could be a little bit slow at times they made sure that all of my questions were answered and I was confident in them leading up to our event. At the reception we had so many guests compliment the food and dessert bar/coffee station. The staff came up to us several times throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the food/service. We are so happy we went with Zilli and would 100% recommend them for your wedding!
