Just hand Zilli the keys and they'll make your day happen. I was a little iffy about the price but the day of and after I was glad we ponied up. There was someone to check in on my wife and make sure she had something to eat and drink whenever she wanted it. Buffet dinner was really good and we had a few guests who really appreciated the gluten-free menu. Highly recommend!

Supreme customer service
Zilli catered our wedding a year ago and the food was amazing! A wedding during Covid wasn’t easy to pull off but their team set up our tables through the Streets of Old Milwaukee at the Milwaukee Public Museum so beautifully and spread out enough for everyone to feel comfortable. When we mentioned a few minor issues, Steph was quick to offer solutions and supreme customer service. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our guests feel comfortable and for making our special day so fantastic. If you’re looking for a good caterer, they’re out there. Kind, delicious, and quick to respond
Zilli was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I planned our wedding from across the country, and Lauren and Jessica were incredibly helpful. They really made the process easy, and I am very grateful for them. They were so quick to respond to all of my emails! Our day-of coordinator, Lori, and other staff member, Virginia, were so attentive. They really made sure that we always had a drink in hand, and were available with anything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would choose them all over again.

So happy with our choice!
We worked with Paula and Lauren from Zilli Hospitality Group. They were extremely helpful and responsive to all of questions. We made multiple changes a long the way but they were patient and more than happy to help.
The day of, all the staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Not only was the service amazing, the food was delicious. Multiple guests came up to us after dinner to let us know how pleased they were.
Wedding planning can get stressful, but working with Zilli Hospitality made it a breeze!

Very Pleased with Zilli!
We are so pleased with our decision to work with Zilli catering our wedding. From the get-go, we noticed Zilli had an extremely expansive menu and offered a lot of bang for our buck, with enhancements like a desserts station and late-night food. Candy did a wonderful job hosting us for our tasting to help us narrow in on menu selections. When we made the call to move forward with Zilli, Beth helped us the next ~10 months stay on track with catering details, payments and menu decisions. We also met with Beth the month before the wedding to finalize everything and ensure her team was in sync with our venue. And then the day of, Zilli truly was the star of the show. My guests were raving about all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains, to my personal favorite - our late night custom breakfast sandwich station! Rhonda, the event manager, made sure my husband and I ate and even saved us a plate of appetizers since we were busy greeting guests during the cocktail hour. Overall Zilli was prompt, professional, and surpassed our expectations. Catering is a huge part of your budget, but if you work with Zilli, you will not be disappointed.

Delicious Food
Zilli blew me away from the get-go with their organization. You can tell they’ve done a lot of events and have everything figured out. My wedding would not have been complete without their amazing food. I have never had a more tender steak at a wedding. I can’t believe how amazing the food was. They have a wide variety to choose from, so there is something for everyone. And they were awesome to work with on new ideas. I wanted street tacos for late night food and they made it happen. But they weren’t just ready to serve street tacos, they made them on the spot so they were fresh and hot for every guest! Their team was so helpful and thought through every detail. I cannot stress enough how organized they were! I had a pleasure working with Candy and Beth!

Perfect Wedding Food
We had the most AMAZING experience with Zilli!! They were so organized and helpful during a stressful time!! They made everything so easy and made everything exactly how we wanted it.
All of the food was delicious. They did an amazing job with the appetizers and making sure everyone was able to get them around our venue. The meal was SO good. We had so many guests who told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We had three different course options and each was better than the last. I really enjoyed the squash ravioli. I am so happy we chose them for our catering since they helped to make our day perfect!

Zilli was amazing in every way. From the tasting to the day of the wedding they were thorough, professional and punctual.
The food was absolutely amazing and we received so many comments about how great the food was. I highly recommend going the route of small bites and a couple of stations for a cocktail style reception. It worked perfectly for us. Liz and James' Wedding at Cuvee
Zilli's did an amazing job catering our daughter's wedding at Cuvee. The bride and groom wanted an all vegetarian menu and Zilli's came through with a delicious and outstanding menu for the cocktail reception and dinner and even arranged for Kopp's custard for the dessert (and bride's favorite)! On the day of the wedding they came through with a last minute glitch on linens - true life savers!! Thank you to Steph, Todd and their wonderful staff for making our daughter's wedding reception amazing and accommodating their particular requests. Highly, highly recommend Zilli's!

BEST ever!
Zilli was AMAZING for our wedding day. Despite COVID and all of the adjustments that had to be made, they made it seamless and were clearly very prepared. Not only did everyone at our wedding get plenty to eat, they raved about the quality of the food! It was all so delicious, but what stood out the most to me was the staff and customer service. Virginia took such good care of my husband and I — she personally brought us plates of appetizers and desserts to make sure we got to enjoy it all. Each and every person was lovely and kind, they felt like friends making our day so memorable! Zilli is an amazing choice for your special day. Oh, and if you don’t get the chocolate mousse, you are MISSING OUT! That stuff is pure heaven. Thank you Zilli for everything!

Fantastic food and service!
People raved about the food and I concur: it was absolutely delicious! Everything was just fantastic. It was the perfect way to entertain a small, intimate group in our backyard!
And thank you so much for the surprise desserts! They were absolutely delightful!
Everybody went home full and I made sure to let everyone know that I was not the wizard behind the food, but Zilli was!
I knew that it would be spectacular - I've used Zilli for training events at the Boerner Botanical Garden in the past and the service and quality - shout out to Charmaine! WOOT! - have always been top notch.

Mother of the Bride
We hired Zilli’s to cater my daughter’s 2020 wedding and we are SO glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests were all commenting on how wonderful their meal was! The Zilli’s staff/servers on site during our wedding did a great job with all the new pandemic safety rules and restrictions. They were accommodating and professional in every way.
Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was not fun, but the sales/designing staff at Zilli’s helped with every step of multiple changes and rescheduling. Paula was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, professional, detail oriented, and very understanding with the stress we were experiencing. We were very thankful to have her on our side! We can’t express enough how happy we were with our overall Zilli’s experience! We have them booked for another daughter’s wedding!

Great food and great service
Rachael and Paula are so pleasant to work with! They listened to everything we wanted got back to us in good time. Can’t wait to enjoy the planning process with them!! They are awesome! The wedding day was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have imagined it going any better. 2.5 weeks later and I’m still hearing raves about the food and the staff. The station attendants were so friendly and knowledgeable. Nick was such a great manager making sure everything was absolutely perfect. They did an amazing job!

Accommodating, Professional and Enjoyable to work with
Zilli's was very accommodating and helpful from the start. We worked with Beth on the details leading up to the big day. She was very responsive, helpful and understanding of any and all changes and requests we had throughout the entire process. Candy was accommodating with special requests and was extremely helpful at our final walk through and was even all hands on deck on the day of helping wherever she was needed - even helping out with other vendors tasks! Tyler was our event manager - we had heard great things about him beforehand which is why we requested him for our wedding night. He was very present and checked in on myself and my husband to make sure we were doing okay throughout the night. Additionally, the staff seemed very professional and had an appropriate sense of urgency to get everyone served in a timely matter. The food was outstanding - both passed apps and the main dinner portion - and we heard this from many guests. We are thankful for the entire Zilli's team work and dedication to making our special day a success. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful experience
Zilli's made the planning experiences delightful. Our tasting was just magical. They were able to create a unique menu, make special adjustments to a few items, and work with a handful of allergies!
On the big day, we did have a couple of setbacks including inconsistent heating of the food (thrown off by a cool day in a barn) and miscommunication on the table clearing. Both of these were adequately compensated and frankly could have been alleviated through a wedding planner (we did not have one) or someone similar providing better communication to the Zilli Team.

Amazing Group, Wonderful Wedding Experience
Can't say enough good things about the Zilli Hospitality Group, who took charge of our event at the Milwaukee Public Museum. We knew exactly what our approximate cost would be going into the wedding because the prices they lay out were all inclusive (at least it was for us), which made budgeting well ahead of time a breeze.
The food (we got the buffet style of dining), as well as the bar were top notch and people had nothing but good things to say. Nicole, Noel and Todd did such an amazing job of making our wedding almost seamless.
Truly, the only things we had to worry about when we chose MPM as our venue was the other vendors (photographer, DJ, cake, officiant, etc.). They even when above and beyond at MPM to help our vendors; making sure the cake was where it needed to be, helping our photographer navigate, coordinating with the DJ, etc.
Thank you Zilli so much for making our special day go as well as it did. Also, can't recommend MPM enough for a venue! Was such a unique location and our guest had a blast between traditional wedding things (dining, dancing, etc.) but also getting the chance to explore a portion of the museum, checking out the video we made that played in the theater, and the guest favors being vouchers to the candy store (which people LOVED).

From our initial contact with Paula throughout the evening of our wedding, Zilli's made everything so easy for us. We didn't have anything to think about on our wedding day - they brought the apps and desserts right to our table and made sure we got the chance to try everything. All of the food from the hand-passed apps, to hand-cut tenderloin at the buffet, and the variety of desserts was AMAZING and above our expectations! People are still talking about their favorites! Before the wedding we sat down with Paula to trial the food, and that was also a great experience. They have a variety of 'levels' to choose from, and there's something to fit in every budget. Zilli's is well worth the cost!!! Thanks for making our day so special!

Best Caterer!!
Zilli was absolutely amazing! The food is incredible and I can't say how so many of my guests said the food was so delicious. At the wedding a server had our hors d'oeuvres placed aside for me and the groom. As we first went to get our food (we did buffet) a server brought the plates back to us (which is such a relief to not have a possible slip up and spill on yourself!) The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and on time. I really wanted the buffet to go as quickly as possibly and Paula graciously allowed me to have four lines for people to get there food as fast as possible. Something we thought that was very thoughtful was the staff at our wedding signed a card from them and hoped we loved there services...we did :)
