I would 100% recommend this dynamic duo of Mobile DJ and Event Planning for any wedding or special occasion. They did our New Years Eve wedding and it was a complete success. We are so pleased with everything that they did for us.
What we were most pleased with was the thoroughness of this team. They met with us twice before the wedding. First time was for the "creative session" to talk about how we wanted the night to go, our vision for the wedding and reception, and most importantly the music we would want to play. The second time we met we revised our song selections and further discussed planning of the evening to ensure the night went smooth. In addition, it was their first time playing at our venue, they even went out with us on a separate occasion to visit the venue to see how the set up with their equipment would work with the room. We felt that they spent a lot of additional time with us (not including the night of our wedding) all to make sure the night was going to go smooth, and we were very happy with that.
Also, DJ Quest came to our rehearsal night with his music all ready to go and he was even taking notes and asking questions to make sure the communication was clear between him, us, and the minister. He was so thorough which made us feel very confident that all would run smooth the day of our wedding.
Then finally our wedding came, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Safiyyah kept in contact with me throughout the night to make sure we stayed on schedule with our special songs and dances. Thankfully she did so! Being the bride the night of the wedding the last thing you’re looking at is the clock, and she really helped to move the night along smoothly.
Then after that was over, our official “open time” reception started and it was a complete hit! All of our friends and family loved the music and we practically had straight dancing until we rang in the new year at 12:00AM. DJ Quest was soooo great, his song choices were right on point with what we wanted. He kept our crowd moving with his great skills, and everyone was commenting to me how great of a DJ he was. Throughout the evening we even had some dance contests that our guests loved and kept them really moving! Then after we rang in the new year, we continued to dance till 12:30AM. Once that time came and we were suppose to stop, BUT our guests still wanted to dance! They even "booed" because they wanted to keep going (they were having such an awesome time) so DJ Quest thought quick on his feet and put on another great song for the last and final dance of the evening, which was a circle of our friends/family surrounding me and my new husband while we were dancing. What a great way to end the night!
We were so incredibly happy with this team and would defiantly recommend them. They were so friendly and thorough and they just wanted our night to be what we had envisioned it to be. It defiantly was a success and we had such a great time. Thanks so much! You guys were the BEST!!!!!!
