Selecting Roxanne as our day of coordinator for our fall 2024 microwedding was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process! She asked us so many great questions (things I hadn’t even considered) at our first meeting and offered helpful tips and tricks along the way. From the get-go, Roxanne was with us providing helpful suggestions, wrangling our vendors, putting together timelines, and helping make sure our day was executed well. My spouse and I are both type-A planners who created our own detailed logistics docs, and it was a huge relief to have another person with all of the details at the front of their mind around! Not sure where to even start with the amazing coordination experience I had with Roxanne! I knew I needed day-of coordination and a family member wouldn’t cut it (they mean well but would’ve driven me nuts), but finding someone experienced at a reasonable cost seemed almost impossible at first. However, after putting a feeler out there on social media, Roxanne and responded and we were able to hop on a phone call very quickly after I expressed interest in speaking with her more. That initial phone call sealed the deal. I felt so relaxed with her professionalism and expertise, but a huge plus was her experience with our type of venue and with the type of wedding ceremony we were having. From there even before the wedding she was so helpful with checking in, the venue walkthrough (she made extremely helpful diagrams of the venue since none existed), and speaking with all the other vendors pre-wedding. Day-of, she handled everything with so much grace and organization and was very communicative with me, which is what I wanted. All of this to say, a 10/10 coordination experience working with Roxanne, couldn’t recommend more!

My husband and I are both teachers and wanted to keep our wedding as affordable as possible while still making our dreams a reality. We originally did not plan on hiring a day-of coordinator in order to save money but we are so glad that we did and that we found Roxanne! She took so much weight off our shoulders when it came to the reception and as a result, everything went very smoothly and we were able to just relax and have a good time at our wedding. She was our day-of coordinator for our reception after the ceremony as we had a coordinator from our church to help with our Catholic ceremony but she also helped throughout the planning process and made sure we had everything taken care of. We had several phone calls/email exchanges with her and also met in person with our wedding venue to go over details. She went above and beyond to make our reception incredible. For example, she made her own charts for where tables would be positioned since we saw some issues with what the venue was planning on setting up. I had a lot of crafted and DIY decorations and I was nervous about other people putting things together day-of, but with the pictures that I provided, Roxanne really saw the vision that I had and everything came together so beautifully! Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Roxanne if you are looking for someone who will be an enormous help without breaking the bank!

We had a wonderful time working with Roxanne! She's professional and attentive to details, often times she pointed out logistical matters that I did not know about or forgot, and she took initiative many times to communicate with our venue. For instance two weeks before our wedding, our event manager at the venue moved to another job and we go assigned a new one. Roxanne took initiative to communicate with the new manager and made sure that all the details were relayed correctly. Roxanne was always on time and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be during the wedding. Having a day-of coordinate was definitely one of the best investments during the entire wedding planning; it made our day much smoother and worry-free!

Roxanne was the perfect hire! She kept us on task. She gave us many tips and ideas on how to make sure everything ran smooth and to make sure we did not forget anything. She was available to us throughout via email, text and phone. Roxanne helped with the rehearsal as well and ran the show for us, as we had no idea what to do. She made sure the entire reception went smooth and it was so nice that we or the parents did not have to be on duty while having fun. We would recommend Roxanne to anyone!
