Roxanne and her assistant Kennedy were instrumental in making sure our wedding went as smoothly as it did. From the get-go, Roxanne was with us providing helpful suggestions, wrangling our vendors, putting together timelines, and helping make sure our day was executed well. My spouse and I are both type-A planners who created our own detailed logistics docs, and it was a huge relief to have another person with all of the details at the front of their mind around! Highly recommend. -

Not sure where to even start with the amazing coordination experience I had with Roxanne! I knew I needed day-of coordination and a family member wouldn’t cut it (they mean well but would’ve driven me nuts), but finding someone experienced at a reasonable cost seemed almost impossible at first. However, after putting a feeler out there on social media, Roxanne and responded and we were able to hop on a phone call very quickly after I expressed interest in speaking with her more. That initial phone call sealed the deal. I felt so relaxed with her professionalism and expertise, but a huge plus was her experience with our type of venue and with the type of wedding ceremony we were having. From there even before the wedding she was so helpful with checking in, the venue walkthrough (she made extremely helpful diagrams of the venue since none existed), and speaking with all the other vendors pre-wedding. Day-of, she handled everything with so much grace and organization and was very communicative with me, which is what I wanted. All of this to say, a 10/10 coordination experience working with Roxanne, couldn’t recommend more! -

My wife & I contracted Roxanne to coordinate with the vendors, hotel staff and wedding party in the months leading up to our wedding day. This said, her experience was incredibly useful because she has a great system to ensure everyone is on the same sheet of music.
Roxanne is down to earth, genuine and passionate about her wedding craft. We appreciate her attention to detail and availability when my wife needed to talk about wedding things. We felt confident in her ability and recommend her to all the soon to be brides and grooms! -

My husband and I are both teachers and wanted to keep our wedding as affordable as possible while still making our dreams a reality. We originally did not plan on hiring a day-of coordinator in order to save money but we are so glad that we did and that we found Roxanne! Roxanne was so lovely to work with and was a huge help when it came to planning and coordinating our wedding. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if she wasn’t there. She took so much weight off our shoulders when it came to the reception and as a result, everything went very smoothly and we were able to just relax and have a good time at our wedding. She was our day-of coordinator for our reception after the ceremony as we had a coordinator from our church to help with our Catholic ceremony but she also helped throughout the planning process and made sure we had everything taken care of. We had several phone calls/email exchanges with her and also met in person with our wedding venue to go over details. She went above and beyond to make our reception incredible. For example, she made her own charts for where tables would be positioned since we saw some issues with what the venue was planning on setting up. I had a lot of crafted and DIY decorations and I was nervous about other people putting things together day-of, but with the pictures that I provided, Roxanne really saw the vision that I had and everything came together so beautifully! Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Roxanne if you are looking for someone who will be an enormous help without breaking the bank! -

If you are starting to plan your wedding or neck-deep in planning for your wedding that’s a month away like I was (it’s never too late!) give yourself the gift of bringing on Roxanne and her team for day of coordination. From the very first convo I had with Roxanne, I knew that my special day was in great hands. She immediately contacted all of my vendors, started thinking about floor plans and which centerpieces would look best where, and generally guiding me on so many things I wouldn’t have thought of. Her experience and talent are apparent in every little detail. We were having a breakfast at the hotel the next morning that she wasn’t even coordinating, but once she caught wind of it she found out how many tables we needed and made a plan to reuse our reception centerpieces- that little detail felt so special the next day at breakfast. Roxanne and Cameron followed our wants to a T, but also added the little details day of that really enhanced the beauty of the wedding. Oh, and everything ran exactly as it should have, I felt no hiccups in the schedule. Roxanne is kind and professional and also strong, I knew she’d have no problem advocating in our best interest. Highly recommend Roxanne for your day of coordination- you’ll be able kick back and trust that everything is perfect. -

I found Roxanne as I was anxiously looking for a day-of coordinator to support my mom and sister as they planned our Indian wedding reception.
Roxanne was open and receptive to our plans, respectful of cultural nuance and willing to lean in to the experience! With these specificities, she created a custom contract and timeline that met our needs as we were juggling multiple vendors, competing timelines, and multiple seating chart rounds! We valued her professionalism when it came to communicating with our vendors, regularly checking with my mother to make sure that folks got back to her, and even came early the day-of our event to ensure things went smoothly! The underrated aspect of having a coordinator is their ADVICE! We learned so much about vendor communications and best practice after working with Roxanne. Thank you, Roxanne! -

Roxanne was simply amazing. Planning a wedding is stressful enough. Planning a wedding through a global pandemic is probably as bad as it could get. With Roxanne, you can relax knowing she can handle absolutely everything. She knows exactly what needs to be done without hesitation. Stuff that I would never of thought of, she knew to do. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. She was so kind and helpful and made my day perfect. She was the person that made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and I promise you, if you are looking someone and choose Roxanne, you are in for a real treat. Roxanne is an amazing wedding planner. We hired her over a year before our wedding date and even though we only hired her as our day-of-coordinator, she delivered throughout the entire process. She met with us in person prior to the event and was sure to keep tabs with me during covid and the uncertainty of our wedding because of it.
Roxanne is a meticulous planner who will go above and beyond to make sure your day goes as planned.
She really made our wedding dreams come true! Do not hesitate to work with her for your wedding. You won’t regret it. -

While planning my wedding, I wasn't sure if I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator or not, but I am very glad that I did. She took the time to get to know me on our initial phone call, and provided lots of great suggestions for my questions and concerns that had naturally arisen during my planning process. She coordinated with all of my vendors and created a detailed wedding timeline. On the big day, everything ran smoothly and on time and I was so happy to see that she had correctly executed our vision of what we wanted the venue decor to look like. Overall, I think Roxanne provides great service at a great price and would happily recommend! -

If I could give a higher rating for Roxanne and her team I would! I recently got married in Leesburg, VA and had Roxanne do all of my coordination with Ashey’s help day-of. Roxanne was absolutely more than I could’ve imagined especially for her price, hands down no one can beat her price and service. She was very attentive and helped me through my process even when I just wanted to give up. She was very hands on and made sure I would have nothing to worry about on my wedding day. I had a very large bridal party and she handled the rehearsal and wedding with the best quality and controllership I was so pleased. Even dealing with some difficult people she still manages to keep her composure and deliver. She also gave me advice and ideas as well as helping me with all of the millions of things that came to my mind. She also searched herself for items for my wedding which was definitely more than i expected from her. Roxanne was on top of everything and worked very well communicating with our vendors and making sure they got their jobs done. I appreciate all Roxanne’s help and assistance for making my wedding perfect I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone! -

Roxanne was fantastic to work with! Her upbeat personality and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. When she attended our venue walk-through, she asked all the right questions (many of which I hadn’t thought of) and took on handling certain details, specifically with the caterer, that I didn’t have time to handle. On the day of the ceremony, she ensured guests and vendors parked in the appropriate place which was a much bigger task than any of us anticipated. She handled it calmly and professionally, allowing us to enjoy our day and not worry about those annoying, albeit very important details. She made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, seeing to it that we were able to do everything we wanted, when we wanted. I highly recommend Roxanne! -
