Beyond helpful

Joan was recommended by the Resort at Paws for our elopement. Joan and I communicated by email quite a bit and I instantly felt a connection. She offered to help with anything I might need, as she could tell by emails I was a little worried about everything as I was so far way. Joan had the perfect words and the whole day was really amazing.
She even went as far as taking care of filing our marriage license for us after the fact. I would highly recommend Joan for your big day!

Amazing Experience!

Wonderful!

Joan E Cook was great! She was flexible and communicated with us very well as we live in Virginia and were planning a Montana wedding. Her outline of vows were heartfelt and meaningful. She was great with me and my family during rehearsal day as well. Would definitely recommend

Could not have a better officiant

Joan was absolutely amazing!! From early communication to planning and officiating she was fun, fluid, and flexible. Joan has a great presence and I enjoyed the special touches she brought to the ceremony.

Great Officiant

Joan Cook Officiated my wedding this June 2020 and she did an excellent job making my life easier by giving me some vows and ceremonies to choose from and explaining to us how it the ceremony typically goes. But of course, allowing us to make any changes that fit us!
She knew what to do and talked to the DJ about cues! I would 100% recommend her to hire as an officiant for your wedding. She is also a very sweet woman and my family all loved having her there!

Matt & Kaley's wedding at White Raven

Joan was amazing! She worked with the bride and groom to customize their vows, which were meaningful and beautiful. She gently and kindly took the lead to show all of us how the ceremony could go, easing our anxiety so that we could exhale and enjoy. The bride and groom instantly relaxed and were able to truly savor the experience. Joan was kind, warm, expert, and also extremely personable. She is the best!

Perfect all around

Joan was thoughtful, helpful, organized, and calm, yet also genuinely excited for us and happy to be our officiant. The ceremony itself was lovely and meaningful and the venue she suggested was just perfect. She went above and beyond, bringing me flowers and arranging for our ceremony to be held outside on the dock of a frozen lake -- which was not the original plan. We could not have been happier with her services!
