Refused to return deposit
After a mistake about the date, I asked if Stephanie was available the day before. She was not. I asked if she could please return the deposit as I had just made it 2 days before for a wedding taking place 3 months away and she refused to return the deposit. She said it was non-refundable. But she didn't mention that when booking with her. She's hard to reach and takes over a day to respond. She will only email and won't share her phone # to speak to you. Overall she was unpleasant to work with as far as scheduling so I'm actully glad things didn't work out
