Infuriating
The wedding was beautiful, and the digital photos are great looking.
However, weeks after the wedding, we had not received anything we ordered other than the digital copies of the photos (album, prints, a disc etc) all paid for. I emailed several times only to be told "we will get it to you" or ignored completely. I sent them the completed contract and package details once again. Once again I was ignored.
I reached out to Matt through Instagram for an update or a refund. He asked me for my address and then never sent anything.
They are now in Michigan. They did not tell us they moved. I found a cell phone number from early in our planning process to find them. It is one year after my wedding and I have received nothing I ordered. It's heartbreaking and I regret hiring them. It's pretty clear I was ripped off. Avoid these people.
