Caitlin has amazing skills and knowledge in so many different areas of event planning and coordination. She thought of things and thought to ask questions about so many important details that we weren't even aware of. Her experience really helped us be organized and helped keep everyone's stress level down. 💫

She came into an unknown small town and helped with the day of duties like a local. She took the time to make all the connections in advance and we felt totally confident in her ability to manage the day. She was in charge of the decor and venue set up inside and out for the ceremony and the reception.

🌊 We had a lot of moving parts with a beach wedding and had to consider all kinds of extra details like tides, weather conditions, microphones and seating, coordinating with an outside catering company, managing setup and breakdown for a solo musician and a full band.

She totally rocked it, above and beyond what we could have expected and everyone commented on how awesome our wedding coordinator was. We feel really lucky to have had her play such a big part in our special day. 💖

Caitlin went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful, memorable, and even save us money in the process. She was attuned to my needs and sensitivities and was a joy to work with. She arrived early and was prepared for every meeting, she took very rough ideas and polished them into a complete vision, and maybe my favorite part was the initiative she displayed. She took into account how involved I wanted to be with each aspect of planning and would either include me in the emails/details or just take care of things based on my preferences. Simply amazing.

I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin as my day-of wedding coordinator and she was AWESOME! She took the time to really understand my vision for the day and executed it perfectly, from setting up the decorations to coordinating our wedding party and family.
