I would NOT recommend getting your cake from here unless you live nearby.

Being at school states away, I had to order my cake via phone, internet, and letter. The lady was very helpful on the phone and requested that I send in a letter with pictures of what I had been describing. I did so and never heard back. So I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. So we established that I would send another. I sent my check and called to confirm that my date was booked.

Two days before the wedding, I called to just confirm again that everything was in order and who I had to come and pick up the cake. I called and THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! I calmly, explained and they agreed to make my cake although they claimed I had never called. They called me right before my rehearsal with my total and asking that I pay as soon as possible. However, I had already paid earlier and they had already cashed my check! They did not believe me or have any record of this. I had to call my bank (which luckily was still open) and get them to fax me a copy of my cashed check with their stamp on the back to the place where we were setting up. The person picking up my cake brought this to them when they picked it up to prove that it was already paid for. - I don't know if they hassled him or not. Luckily, he decided not to worry me about it.
