Paula and her team at Didden's Florist did an exceptional job with our wedding flowers. We were sure of what we wanted but weren't sure of how to describe it, but Paula assured us at every turn that she would get it right. BOY, did she ever!! The bouquets and corsages were amazing, the centerpieces were perfect. They spent alot of time putting the centerpieces together on-site the day of the wedding, as we selected wooden chargers with moss bases that could not be transported assembled.

I love this flower shop eventhough they were not my first choice. When it came to responding they were right on time. They were very willing to help. Paula the owner made me feel like family. Her professionalism was not always there in a sense she talked like to us like we were family and pretty much got too personal for what the usual was. But it worked for us because she did everything to specifications and she has a knack for telling us what will and wont work. She was great her arrangements made me cry because of how beautiful it came out. She is a true italian and she will tell you that in every sense of the word and her work is beyond professional even though her personality is always but her shop has been in the neighborhood for over 20 years and people love her if you want a personal touch which will make you feel at ease go to her shop you will love her.

I was very disappointed in the flowers delivered by Diddens for my mothers memorial service. I ordered three flower arrangements, only one was as expected. The standing spray was supposed to be 53 inches long, but I'm being generous when I say it was maybe 36 inches; additionally, the flower arrangement was sparse, and most flowers were not in bloom, it did not look even close to what was pictured on their website. I also ordered an arrangement where the flowers surrounded the urn, but called and asked them not to put flowers on the upper right side, leaving the arrangement to be more of a curved "L" shape. They said no problem, they could do it that way, and I even emailed them a picture of what I wanted. What was delivered was not only an anemic representation of what was pictured on their website, but they had not done what I had asked, even though they had said it would not be a problem to do so. Another standing spray and flower arrangement was delivered by another florist, both looked full and gorgeous - I wish I had ordered from them instead of Diddens.
