I absolutely love weddings, big and small. I respect and admire any couple who is willing to make a leap into a lifelong journey together. After almost 16 years of marriage and four children, I am a believer. I got started in the wedding business with my nephew's wedding. They asked for a watercolor as their wedding gift. We used that painting for the candles at her bridal shower on the invitations, cookies and candles. It was so fun!
Wedding gifts and favors are the icing on the cake in my opinion. Special, personal, customized and thoughful take aways are the ultimate goal.. to leave your guests feeling loved and appreciated for sharing in the experience with you both. I would be honored to help you do just that.
About me:
I have a profound interest in artistic transcendence and feel like my art takes me places I never knew existed.
I suppose I started drawing and painting in elementary school but developed a pronounced passion for art in high school. My 20-year career in the entertainment industry clearly was not “hands on” enough for me, so I set out to create works that represented the 40+ years of life experience I have gained. As a fabric and candle label designer, I have had new opportunities to express myself as an artist. My inspiration comes mainly from my personal life, spiritual symbols and their dimensionality and histories, the Sierra mountains, the hill country of Texas and the emotions they all evoke in me.
