Of all the vendors we booked for our wedding, Windy City Decor was the most professional and impressive, going beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire planning process, Vivek was extremely thorough and gave great insight on decor and layout ideas and even provided cost effective solutions to repurposing decor over several events. There were no hidden fees or catches with the expected price being crystal clear and listed out in an extremely organized manner. For each event, everything from Windy City was completed well before expected completion time. As a couple from out of state, Vivek accommodated our tight schedules and showed up for all venue walkthroughs across all corners of Chicago and the suburbs as well as took late night calls for us due to time differences. Windy City truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding events were perfect including at venues with tough restrictions and regulations. Our guests gave so many compliments on our decor for every event and we could not be more grateful for having such a great experience with this decor company.
