He was flexible with his schedule to meet with us virtually or in person whenever we asked and genuinely cared about how everything turned out. Windy City Decor went above and beyond to make sure our wedding looked exactly how we wanted it. Countless opportunities to meet with them (virtually & in person) to discuss different options and prices and to go through each detail to make sure things looked perfectly. On the day off all our decorations and flowers were delivered and set up on time and exquisitely. We did not have to worry about that part of the wedding at all because the Windy City Decor team handled everything on their end. Could not recommend them more as they were so great to work with.

Of all the vendors we booked for our wedding, Windy City Decor was the most professional and impressive, going beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire planning process, Vivek was extremely thorough and gave great insight on decor and layout ideas and even provided cost effective solutions to repurposing decor over several events. There were no hidden fees or catches with the expected price being crystal clear and listed out in an extremely organized manner. For each event, everything from Windy City was completed well before expected completion time. As a couple from out of state, Vivek accommodated our tight schedules and showed up for all venue walkthroughs across all corners of Chicago and the suburbs as well as took late night calls for us due to time differences. Windy City truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding events were perfect including at venues with tough restrictions and regulations. Our guests gave so many compliments on our decor for every event and we could not be more grateful for having such a great experience with this decor company. We cannot thank you enough and hope to work together again for events in the future!

Vivek and his team did such an incredible job from start to finish! Super professional in helping us figure out all the details. They're a one-stop-shop, so they were able to give us amazing options for the mandap, jaimalas, and decor. The set up and tear down was so smooth and stress-free, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great value for money too, we looked around and this was really a no-brainer. From the very beginning all we experienced was politeness, professionalism, certainty, promptness, preparation, and most of all: COMFORT! They made our vision become a reality and far beyond it. If we wanted to change anything, no problem. If we thought we didn't have enough time, no problem. If we were worried, no problem. Vivek took the time to meet with us and create an entire presentation of what he could do for us after we showed him examples of everything. They want to make sure they make your event right. He kept an open communication with us the entire time. We can't recommend them enough. Please at least contact them and take a chance. It'll cost you nothing but a pleasant conversation :) We worked with them for our 3 day wedding and we still hear about how wonderful it looked. We will always only recommend Windy City Decor!
