Windy City Decor went above and beyond to make sure our wedding looked exactly how we wanted it. Countless opportunities to meet with them (virtually & in person) to discuss different options and prices and to go through each detail to make sure things looked perfectly. On the day off all our decorations and flowers were delivered and set up on time and exquisitely. We did not have to worry about that part of the wedding at all because the Windy City Decor team handled everything on their end. Could not recommend them more as they were so great to work with. -

Vivek from Windy City Decor absolutely crushed our baby shower. Everything looked insane — the colors, the setup, the little details — it all came together better than we imagined. The room honestly didn’t even look like the same space once he was done.
People kept stopping us to ask who did the decor and taking pictures the entire time. Vivek was easy to work with, super responsive, and clearly cares about getting it right. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Vivek was AMAZING!!! Super easy to work with and so chill. He helped us navigate through so many details of wedding prep which was above and beyond our expectations.
Growing up to even adulthood I have always been a fan of Disney and he made it come to life with our wedding in our decor while still making it look elegant and traditional. We just had to tell him what we wanted and he did it (and without breaking the bank)

Of all the vendors we booked for our wedding, Windy City Decor was the most professional and impressive, going beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire planning process, Vivek was extremely thorough and gave great insight on decor and layout ideas and even provided cost effective solutions to repurposing decor over several events. There were no hidden fees or catches with the expected price being crystal clear and listed out in an extremely organized manner. For each event, everything from Windy City was completed well before expected completion time. As a couple from out of state, Vivek accommodated our tight schedules and showed up for all venue walkthroughs across all corners of Chicago and the suburbs as well as took late night calls for us due to time differences. Windy City truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding events were perfect including at venues with tough restrictions and regulations. Our guests gave so many compliments on our decor for every event and we could not be more grateful for having such a great experience with this decor company. We cannot thank you enough and hope to work together again for events in the future! -

Vivek and his team did such an incredible job from start to finish! Super professional in helping us figure out all the details. They're a one-stop-shop, so they were able to give us amazing options for the mandap, jaimalas, and decor. The set up and tear down was so smooth and stress-free, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great value for money too, we looked around and this was really a no-brainer. Vivek and his team were phenomenal! Vivek walked us through every step of the process and gave his excellent expert opinion about really tough decisions (our wedding weekend the weather forecast was all over the place and he helped make decisions about decor that sustained weather fluctuations). He treated my husband and I like his own family and did his absolute best every step of the way! Highly recommend! -

ETA: We used WCD for not only our wedding but I was so happy with their work that I hired them again a few months later for my company's holiday party at the Adler. They were SO creative (astronaut helmet vases!), affordable, and flexible (accommodated a request to dye our florals just a few days out) and made the night a dream. All our other vendors asked me who did our florals, and I was happy to get WCD's name out there. -

Vision achieved within budget!
Windy City decor is perfect if you’re looking for your vision to come alive but also stay within budget! Our decor for Mandap and reception were absolute perfection!!!! 10/10 would recommend. They went above and beyond and really made the decor pop! -

A huge thank you to Vivek and his team for executing my vision for my Mandap. Vivek was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. From our very first meeting on zoom he took the time to answer all my questions and helped guide me with deciding on details I otherwise would not have thought about myself. Windy City Decor has a great selection fo Mandaps as well as other decorations ideas also very reasonably priced. Above everything else, what stood out to me was Vivek's honesty, kindness, and dedication to making sure our event was a success. I would definitely recommend this vendor. -

When we first reached out to Vivek, he responded within the hour and was quick to set up a meeting to discuss our vision. There were very few vendors willing to do an outdoor wedding setup for us and Vivek assured us that it would not be an issue and showed us previous client work and walked us through what would be needed to execute. And surely he executed so well! Our ceremony set up was so dreamy! For our reception we came with a couple of ideas and Vivek made it happen. Our guests were in awe. We loved that Vivek didn’t turn us away with our ideas, he listened and worked very hard to make our vision a reality. They are super easy to work with, very accommodating and they know how to make just about any dream setting come true. Highly highly recommend Windy City. -

Engaging Vivek and Windy City Decor was an excellent decision! They went out of their way to help our daughter and her new husband realize their vision for their Indian/American fusion celebration. Everything was beautiful including the fresh flower bouquets and arrangements and we received many compliments! Vivek was very flexible and professional and we would highly recommend him! The talk of the weekend was the bride and groom’s grand entrance to the Sangeet on the rickshaw-a huge hit! -

Amazing Stage Decor Vendor!
Vivek was easy to work with, providing so many options for us to pick to set up our stage and working with us to customize the final product to exactly our liking. Absolutely Stunning
Vivek and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to put my husbands and my vision into reality. Each meeting we had, Vivek was always prepared and organized. They went above and beyond what we even asked him to do! They made both wedding days stunning and jaw dropping. I am so happy to have worked with Vivek & Windy City Decor. We used Windy City Decor to decorate the stage for the sweetheart sofa, and it was absolutely beautiful!
Vivek was a pleasure to work with from the start - he created a comprehensive quote and was very responsive to our budget by giving us ideas on how we can save money.
The backdrop itself was beautiful, and we received many compliments on its simplicity and beauty. It perfectly matched our floral/greenery theme because Vivek was so receptive to our vision from the beginning.
Even our venue coordinator consistently mentioned how much she loved working with Vivek, and his professionalism and relationship with our venue made the process much easier for us as well.
Everything was set up and taken down in a timely manner, and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that asks! -

Originally my wife and I where planning a traditional and large wedding reception this past August using Windy City Decor at our wedding reception venue. When the pandemic hit, other vendors were not flexible or understanding of our situation. We went back and forth on pushing the wedding till next year or just outright cancelling it. Through it all Vivek and the entire Windy City Decor team had our back and supported whatever decision we decided to make.
We decide to do a scaled down reception in my parents back yard with about 50 guests. Windy City decor provided, the tent, the tables, chairs, linens, center pieces, flowers, decor, lights, fans, generator, dance floor sound system, and other a/v equipment to make our wedding dream a reality! Their decor vision was beyond wife and I's dreams! Our guests couldn't believe that it was not a wedding venue, but rather my parents' backyard! Through it all Vivek and team treated us like family and worked with the pandemic restrictions to make our dream a reality with regular virtual meetings and kept is with in our intended budget. Windy City decor genuinely went above and beyond for us. All their employees wore masks, practiced social distancing, and properly disinfected their items. We felt safe using them the entire time. They even provided us contacts to other great vendors that we used for outdoor restroom trailers and other items for us. Shout out to Windy City Decor on being the best wedding and special events decor company! If you need family own business that treats you like their own family, look no further than Windy City Decor! -

Great event decorator who helped put together an elegant baby shower
My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Vivek and Yogendra at Windy City Decor for my wife's baby shower. Windy City Decor was on the preferred vendor's list for our venue. Right from the beginning, Vivek was very professional and responsive - he met with us multiple times (working around our schedule) to make our vision into reality. He was very patient working with us and did a great job of providing us different options and ultimately let us make the decisions. The Windy City Decor team showed up on time for the setup and was flexible (our venue did not have the right dimension stage). The final decor turned out great, and we received lots of compliments during our event. Thank you, Windy City Decor. -
