Willowtail Springs is a barn and farm wedding venue in Mancos, Colorado, which specializes in hosting small, intimate wedding celebrations. Facilities and capacity

Although the venue is located on 60 acres of land, the Willowtail Springs retreat is most suitable for intimate affairs. Whether your event will consist of just the happy couple, or you plan to bring a select few friends and family to share in the moment, it is ideal for the personal and private.

You can tie the knot with your partner on the edge of the stunning on-site lake, at the end of the charming boarded walkway, for a romantic setting. An ideal spot for taking photos, the naturally beautiful presence of the water provides a calming, relaxed setting for the moment your heart starts to flutter.

The reception, too, benefits from picturesque surroundings. A couple of different event spaces are offered for you and your wedding party to kickstart the celebrations.

The Working Studio provides 600 square feet of indoor space for up to 10 people to enjoy the wedding revelries. Outside it, there is more space in the form of a garden, complete with chairs and benches.

The Treehouse Gallery can accommodate even more people - as many as 17 - which is good news for couples looking to bring a few extra friends for their intimate celebration. Comfy couches, chaise-longues, and funky rugs offer a warm interior design, while outside you can walk straight into nature’s embrace and take a stroll in the garden. A great spot for anyone looking to prepare food, it also features a half kitchen.

Services offered

Willowtail Springs offers a number of different packages. For elopements, couples can get a bouquet of fresh flowers, complimentary champagne, and eclair chocolates for a few romantic nights of luxury. Another package on offer provides flowers, some breakfast, spa products, and more. A Deluxe Romantic package is also available.

Accommodation

There are several accommodation options that would be ideal for the happy couple of the day to enjoy. The Bungalow (which offers a great view of the lake and nearby mountains, Garden Cottage, and the Lake House would all suit the newlyweds to settle in for a few days, each one decked in rustic decor, cozy comforts, and warm lighting.

Location

The venue is nestled amongst nature, so the immediate surroundings are a treat in themselves. However, when you have your wedding at Willowtail Springs, you are also close to a variety of other attractions. Mesa Verde National Park, Ute Mountain Tribal Park, and other scenic locations are not far away. What’s more, a short trip into Mancos Town will bring the newlyweds to a five-star restaurant for their wedding meal.
