I highly recommend White Willow Events! Both Taylor and Rachel were fantastic to work with and exceeded our expectations. Their design services were fantastic and they really helped me create exactly what I wanted (sometimes I didn't even know what I wanted lol but they offer many suggestions and ideas which was incredibly helpful to me since I can be very indecisive). All our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers, table settings, and altar pieces were! And everyone absolutely LOVED the neon signs!! They offer rentals and having them set-up and tear-down was easily the best thing ever as my family and I could all relax on the day of and I feel like I didn't have to worry about a thing. Rachel was my Day of Coordinator and I honestly cannot imagine the day without her! She took care of literally everything and I had zero stress. From the timeline she created, coordination with my vendors, décor, keeping my wedding party in check 🙂, etc. everything was absolutely perfect! She also was easy to get in touch with and was always quick to respond to any text or email I would send her way. Our wedding was the best day ever and I cannot imagine our day without White Willow - Teddy and I cannot thank you guys enough for everything!!!

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND HIRE WHITE WILLOW EVENTS!!!!! Taylor at White Willow Events is perfection. I was having HORRIBLE nightmares about our wedding and I finally booked an appointment with Taylor and boom... nightmares gone and didn't have another for the remainder of the planning process. Taylor was there for questions I had (she even had her first BABY during my planning period) no matter what. There's no question that I could NOT have done this event without her. I felt so at ease during the whole process. (HINT: ALWAYS trust the experts... AKA - Taylor).

Our florist worked with White Willow Events to use some of their decor. They have so many beautiful chairs, decorations, plates, tablecloths to choose from. The decor from them really made our reception beautiful.

Taylor was great to work with. I remember when I first called her up uncertain on what I was going to do and needing help from Flowers to decor, Transportation to Hotel Block. Our wedding was in Des Moines and we actually live 2+ hours out of town, causing some of the logistics to be overwhelming and difficult for me. When we sat down with Taylor to meet to discuss flowers and decor along with partial planning, her sense of style, use of real flowers, and knowledge of weddings absolutely sold us. I believe myself to have been a difficult bride, not because I'm picky but because I didn't have a theme or idea in mind. We had picked colors and that was it - but with a few photos from pinterest and Taylor's expertise, our wedding decor was absolutely stunning. (I'm currently trying to dry and save as many flowers I can). She also assisted us with transportation Shuttle and Hotel Room block both we would not have had without her. Everything she helped us with was perfect, and despite my inability to stay in the same shade of Purple (between Heels, Bridesmaid's Dress, and Tux vest) she kept up with us and made it look magical. I don't know if I could ever thank her enough. I hope other brides-to-be read this and choose to contact her despite their uncertainties. It's so much nicer to have help, then stress over one day that is going to be great (especially if you get Taylor to help you!).

White Willow Events did a PHENOMENAL job with our wedding! Taylor worked with our budget, making sure we had the wedding of our dreams that fit within our budget. The flowers were gorgeous and she made sure it was exactly what we wanted. I couldn't speak higher of this experience and highly recommend White Willow Events for your next event.

I'm telling the world about how great she is, Please don't pass up on such a great passionate person!! I wouldn't have chose any other person and I'm so glad I found her!!! My overall experience when dealing with white willow was disappointing and unsatisfactory. For couples with large wedding budgets, I am sure white willow events does a sufficient job. For couples with a smaller budget, I would strongly recommend talking to a different decorators/planners. Since I was paying for the entire wedding out of my own pocket without help from either of our parents, I would say I had a much smaller budget that other brides who hire white willow.

When looking back through the emails and reflecting on my wedding day, I feel like I was never made a priority because of my smaller wedding budget. In the days prior to my wedding, I felt that my opinion and concerns became looked over or "pushed under the rug". Taylor's responses to my emails were very curt and short. I tried to set up a meeting to discuss my concerns in the week prior to my wedding, and she said she was too busy. Being told that she was "too busy" in the week prior to the wedding showed that I was not a priority to her.

To conclude it all, there was extensive confusion about the tear down of the venue afterwards. Some of her staff was incredibly rude to the wedding party, who was only trying to help because there was no one in the wedding party knew we did not need to tear down the decorations (would have been nice to have that meeting the week prior to discuss details like this...). My sister-in-law found one of the white willow workers throwing decorations we had provided into the trash and then pouring the water and wax over them from floating candles.
