Carley and Cayla were incredible!! Both very kind and fun people to talk to and work with. Carley was so on top of it and handled so much of the vender coordination. She was very receptive to exactly what we wanted and gave us great recommendations for vendors and plans and everything. Cayla took a few vague ideas and made the most beautiful invitation suite that really reflected us and our vibe, I couldn't be happier with the design. Overall, Love Birds is an incredible planning duo and I highly recommend their services!!

Our experience with Love Bird Events was incredible. We opted for the Month-of-Coordination with the tear down package - both of with were affordable while still providing amazing service! 

Sarah single handedly kept us on schedule when it came to all things wedding planning. Our monthly meetings included brainstorming and pinpointing our actual wants for our day, outlining tasks to complete within the month to ensure timely arrivals, and finally going through a step by step plan for our day. Sarah’s laid back approached was so appreciated on our wedding day. She penciled in alone time and was flexible with day of events. Sarah was instrumental in the ease and flow of our day. When faced with the need to move our dance floor indoors due to heat, Sarah responded with “Give me 10 minutes.” She was key to keeping us on schedule in the end to ensure we exited the venue on time and tear down was efficiently executed. We highly recommend!!

We were planning our wedding back in Des Moines from another city, so we knew we wanted to hire coordinating help. Price per pound, I think we got the most value by far from hiring Carley compared to our other wedding expenses. I'll be honest, at first I thought we could save on the budget by figuring out a lot of this stuff on our own, but I was totally wrong. Carley kept us feeling totally in control and on top of everything throughout the year-long planning process. Having her there to keep things moving during the rehearsal and coordinating with all of our different vendors on the day of the wedding was a godsend. We really didn't have to worry about anything. She's confident and friendly and is a calming person to have around on a very crazy day. Thank you so much Carley!!!

I initially wasn’t going to spend the money on getting a wedding coordinator for my wedding but I am so glad that I did! Sarah made my day run so smoothly and helped me with whatever I needed. If I could give any piece of advise to couples planning their wedding is hire Sarah so you can enjoy the day to the fullest. I would highly recommend Love Bird Events!

We had the pleasure of working with Carley. She is professional, detail oriented, and super sweet! Carley took it into her own hands to reach out to all vendors, helped with our day of timeline, decorate our venue beautifully, and made our day run so smoothly. Hiring Carley was the best decision ever! We had so many compliments from family/guests. Truly could not have done our day without her. She was right there all day whether it was questions we had, getting us drinks, bringing me my perfume, finding my veil 1 minute before walking down the aisle, and bringing me a change of shoes! Recommend her over and over again!

Carley was very helpful in making sure our big day went as well as it could! She was willing to help us accomplish various tasks throughout the day that we needed done, all doing it behind the scenes and executing them wonderfully!

Carley from Lovebird Events was honestly my saving grace through the planning process. She made is very convenient to schedule the every 6ish week meetings. Highly organized, and honestly so friendly. It’s like if your best friend was your wedding planner. Carley helped find a variety of vendors for me when my brain, just couldn’t and I had decision fatigue. She connected with all of my vendors prior to the wedding an ensured that they were ready to fall in line for the big day. She discovered a couple of holes that the vendors weren’t covering which would have been pretty tragic day of, and we were able to hurry to fix the week of the wedding. There were a couple of instances that I was like “ahh I’m panicking” and she was like girl don’t let’s hop on a call, and figure it out. Of everything I picked, and planned, and of all the vendors Carley is the one that I would choose again, and again, and again. She brought the most value for what I needed, and is so affordable (Carley you deserve more money!). Carley ran our rehearsal, and I of course was having a little mental breakdown when I arrived she and I had a real quick brainstorm, and I was able to brain dump everything before we got the rehearsal started, she ran everything and used her “teacher voice” which I loved when you need to deal with groomsmen, and a bit group of people. The day of the wedding Carley was there when the venue opened and was the maestro for the day. She got everything setup, and made sure everyone was on the timeline, made sure my husband and I were good, and were having a good time. She kept everything cleaned up with the venue staff, and did the tear down. At the end of the night I literally couldn’t stop hugging her because our day was perfect, and she had her hand on every piece, and I was going to miss talking to her. If there is one thing you need for your wedding it’s Carley. 15/10 highly recommend.

Carley was great to work with! She is affordable, organized, and goes above and beyond for her clients! She helped with set up, tear down, timelines, meeting vendors, and helped us prepare back-up plans for rain!

Carley was such a hands on wedding planner and told us monthly all the things we needed to do so we stayed on top of all the planning. I wanted to do a lot of the things on my own but if something ever got too stressful, I’d just hand it off to Carley and she’d get it done so I didn’t have to. It was super nice having her there day of as our day of coordinator as well since everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but she never panicked. She’d find solutions quickly so nobody knew what was going on. Highly recommend!

Carley is an absolute dream to work with!! She made the whole planning process so much less stressful! I could not have done this without her!!! 100% recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding planner!!
