I must say I was most impressed with the fact that even while you were on vacation you wasted no time in returning my call and helping me out of a jam. You came through with the rentals I needed. Not evenryone would take the time to be so giving during a time they had set aside for themselves. You are the perfect example of what professionalism looks like.
