Emily and Julianne did the day of coordination for my wedding and knocked it out of the park. Emily was SO helpful, professional, organized, and laid back. Having Emily there on my wedding day gave me complete peace of mind. In addition to being the point person for vendors, she assisted with setting up tablescapes and décor as well as tear down at the end of the night. You absolutely won't regret booking White Horse Weddings!

Erin & Emily were so invaluable to our wedding planning process. It was super important to me that none of our friends or family would spend our big day setting up decor or cleaning up at the end of the night. While I'm an extremely organized person who loves planning, I still couldn't have pulled off our wedding without the help of White Horse Wedding Coordination. They kept us organized, relieved any month-of stressors, and ensured clear communication for even our least-responsive vendors. We had a family member officiate our wedding, and while he wrote an amazing ceremony, I'm not sure how we would've ran the rehearsal without Erin & Emily. Throughout the rehearsal, any time I had a question about little details (like where should we line up before, where should we go after?), Erin and Emily already had thought about it and had an answer for me. We got so many compliments from friends and family about how smooth our wedding day went. Apparently there was a small menu fire at the reception that we had no idea about because Erin and Emily took care of it. They literally saved our wedding day, and we had no idea! We primarily worked with Emily leading up to the day, and she was so sweet checking in on us and thinking of small details we hadn't even considered. We met Erin at the rehearsal and she was as equally kind and professional. I would hire them all over again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, no matter the size.

Emily and Erin were awesome. As day-of-coordinators, they did an excellent job making sure that all of our other vendors were on track and on time, and they just jumped in with any other additional details we needed during the wedding morning. If you're considering a day-of-coordinator, these two are awesome!

Emily and Erin were awesome! As a very type A bride it was hard for me to give up the reigns on planning the logistics of the day. However it was so worth it to leave it all in their very capable hands! They made sure everything went smoothly according to plan while also making sure we kept track of my veil, flowers, purses, etc. they handled all the vendors and payments and my family and I had nothing to worry about all day except having fun!

Erin and Emily are truly wonderful to work with! We had originally booked them before the pandemic and, unfortunately, we have had to postpone our wedding and they are unable to come with us to our new date (which I completely understand... a great planner is hard to find and when you find them, book them quickly!). During our very first conversations I knew they were going to make my big day stress-free and I could trust them with anything. They’re sweet, knowledgeable, detailed, and quick to respond. Although we won’t get to have them on our wedding day, I know any bride or groom who gets the pleasure to work with Emily and Erin will be in great hands!

White Horse was incredible for our August, St. Louis, 150+ person wedding. Emily and Erin delivered way more than we expected and ensured we didn't have to worry about anything but having the best day of our lives. They managed so many of the details to such an amazing degree and we could not reccomends them more highly. We had alot of vendors and several different locations across town and they managed it perfectly. If we were getting married again (which we aren't!), we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Originally when I started planing my wedding, I didn't think I'd need to hire coordinators, but I am so very glad that I ended up working with White Horse Weddings for day-of coordination services (August 2019 wedding)! They took care of all those little details that have to happen: things that people would typically run to the bride to ask/do. Because of Emily and Erin, my only task for the day was to get married and enjoy the wedding/reception my husband and I had worked so hard to plan. Emily and Erin are both very knowledgeable, professional, and kind people to work with. They really helped minimize the chaos and stress of the month leading up to the wedding day. If you're on the fence about coordination services, just do it! You'll be so glad you did, and I highly recommend White Horse Weddings for the task.

My wife and I were very glad to have Emily and Erin helping to make everything on our wedding day go so smoothly. When planning our wedding, we knew we would need a day of coordinator since we live out of state and we need some help organizing everything on the ground. Even though we only booked White Horse for the day of, their service included touching base early on so that we were all on the same page. And even though my wife and I we were still settling details up to the week of the wedding, Emily and Erin were able to easily roll with anything we threw at them. The came to our location walk through, our rehearsal, and helped shepherd the wedding party through pre-wedding schedules. They helped the timing and choreography of the ceremony and reception go off without a problem. And finally, their services were very affordable, especially considering Emily and Erin work as a pair (the benefit of having coordinators at two places at once is hugely helpful)! We would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding in St. Louis!

Erin and Emily were so professional and so helpful! We opted for the day of coordination (which included a meeting the month of), but they were available for quick questions and lots of handholding throughout the whole process. Weddings are really tough! I'm so glad I had the two of them on my side to manage family expectations, unexpected issues, and the small details (like almost forgetting to sign the marriage license, whoops).

My only regret is not hiring them for more time! If I were to do it again, I absolutely would have opted for the "month of" package, where we could start meeting 4 months out.

Emily and Erin were such a joy to work with. I'm a project manager by trade, so I thought I didn't "need" the extra help with management/planning on my big day - boy was I wrong! They made sure the day went by seamlessly. I was able to actually breathe and enjoy time with our friends, family and bridal party. I didn't have to worry about timing, or ushering guests to the reception or where to put all of my personal items. They took care of everything before I even had time to think about it.
