We hired Jayme as our day-of wedding coordinator. She provided invaluable support in developing our itinerary in the weeks leading up to the wedding and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout the day from setup to take down of the space.

Jayme was an actual life saver and is an incredible person. From the very first meeting a year ago, it was clear we were in good hands. She thinks of absolutely everything and is impeccably organized. She took so much time outside of her own personal busy schedule to meet with us as many times as we wanted. She lightened our load significantly by contacting and coordinating with all of our vendors, creating our timeline, and thinking through any possible need we could have. On top of that, she is one of the kindest, most calming people you will meet. My mom and I have continuously said that we could not have done this without her. She met with us an unlimited amount of times and always made sure that we felt supported and that the event was going to be beautiful. Could not recommend her enough and am so grateful that we found her.

Jayme is truly fantastic to work with, she immediately felt like a member of the family who was as invested in our wedding as we were. We are SO grateful that Jayme was a part of our wedding day and planning, we could not have done it without her expertise and extra hands! Our wedding was truly a dream come true. We hired her as a day of coordinator but she was present throughout the entire planning process to create our timeline, lend advice, answer questions, and confirm vendors the week of. Jayme went out of her way to make sure the day ran smoothly (I am honestly not sure if anything major went wrong, but I am sure she handled it!), and our moms were able to enjoy themselves! We had quite a bit of decor to place for the reception and most venues will not assist with this so the task usually falls to moms or other family and friends. Jayme was a lifesaver during the entire planning process and all through the day of! She helped me to stay organized throughout planning and reminded me of the many things I would’ve forgotten. I cannot thank Jayme enough for everything she did to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She made sure all our decor was set up correctly and on time, cued our wedding party for the ceremony, helped make the ceremony to reception flip happen in record time, moved carts around to accommodate late night food, got our cash tips to all our vendors, made sure our photo booth prints made it into a car with our stuff, coordinated a super speedy teardown, and so so much more (including, I'm sure, a bunch of helpful tasks that we didn't even see or know about!). Having Jayme there really took the pressure off of us and our closest friends and family to execute the day, because we knew Jayme was taking care of things. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I'm here to tell you that picking Jayme will make a massive difference in the flow and success of your wedding day without breaking the bank. She really does work on your behalf like another mother. 1000% worth it!
