Jayme was a lifesaver during the entire planning process and all through the day of! She helped me to stay organized throughout planning and reminded me of the many things I would’ve forgotten. I was so at ease the day of because I knew that she was taking care of everything and making sure it all ran smoothly. She confirmed with all of my vendors the week of, coordinated with them the day of, flipped the room from ceremony to reception, and kept things moving the day of. I cannot thank Jayme enough for everything she did to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She made sure all our decor was set up correctly and on time, cued our wedding party for the ceremony, helped make the ceremony to reception flip happen in record time, moved carts around to accommodate late night food, got our cash tips to all our vendors, made sure our photo booth prints made it into a car with our stuff, coordinated a super speedy teardown, and so so much more (including, I'm sure, a bunch of helpful tasks that we didn't even see or know about!). Having Jayme there really took the pressure off of us and our closest friends and family to execute the day, because we knew Jayme was taking care of things. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I'm here to tell you that picking Jayme will make a massive difference in the flow and success of your wedding day without breaking the bank.
