Jayme was an actual life saver and is an incredible person. From the very first meeting a year ago, it was clear we were in good hands. She thinks of absolutely everything and is impeccably organized. She took so much time outside of her own personal busy schedule to meet with us as many times as we wanted. She lightened our load significantly by contacting and coordinating with all of our vendors, creating our timeline, and thinking through any possible need we could have. On top of that, she is one of the kindest, most calming people you will meet. My mom and I have continuously said that we could not have done this without her. She met with us an unlimited amount of times and always made sure that we felt supported and that the event was going to be beautiful. Could not recommend her enough and am so grateful that we found her. -

Jayme was amazing! She helped us plan a beautiful fun wedding by keeping focus on the details. Everything ran so smoothly and am so thankful to Jayme for this. She provided lots of insight into the planning process,reached out to vendors before wedding to confirm , made helpful schedules for day of, helped get the decor out for reception and kept everything moving along throughout the day. Would definitely recommend using her services. It truly allowed all of us to enjoy the day. -

We are SO grateful that Jayme was a part of our wedding day and planning, we could not have done it without her expertise and extra hands! Our wedding was truly a dream come true. We hired her as a day of coordinator but she was present throughout the entire planning process to create our timeline, lend advice, answer questions, and confirm vendors the week of. Jayme went out of her way to make sure the day ran smoothly (I am honestly not sure if anything major went wrong, but I am sure she handled it!), and our moms were able to enjoy themselves! We had quite a bit of decor to place for the reception and most venues will not assist with this so the task usually falls to moms or other family and friends. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, I highly suggest Jayme, Another Mother, so your moms and bridal party can enjoy the big day too! -

Jayme was a lifesaver during the entire planning process and all through the day of! She helped me to stay organized throughout planning and reminded me of the many things I would’ve forgotten. I was so at ease the day of because I knew that she was taking care of everything and making sure it all ran smoothly. She confirmed with all of my vendors the week of, coordinated with them the day of, flipped the room from ceremony to reception, and kept things moving the day of. Not to mention, the exceptionally detailed day of schedule she made us. I 100% recommend Another Mother Wedding Helper, my day would have not been the same without her! -

Jayme was such a help! As a person & a bride, I am pretty type-A and was able to feel prepared and be relaxed on my wedding day with the assistance of Jayme and her 'Another Mother' approach :). So very happy I found her! She handled all the important details, setup, vendor check-ins, and helped keep the wedding party informed and organized. Created a great flow to the day. I am so thrilled with how everything turned out. Definitely book! -

Organized, Positive Helper
Jayme helped me step-by-step through the wedding planning process from the early stages, to re-planning due to COVID19, all the way through to being the "go-to" person on wedding day. She is so positive, organized, personable, professional, and creative. My wedding day was everything my husband and I hoped for that day, and that is definitely due to Jayme's detail-oriented mindset. -

Outstanding and incredibly organized
My husband and I had our absolute DREAM wedding and we owe every bit of that to Jayme at Another Mother Wedding Helper. She helped us make sure we were covering every little detail prior to our big day and helped us build a timeline of everything that needed to be done from booking a venue to purchasing decorations. On the day of our wedding, she singlehandedly organized absolutely everything. She picked up our flowers and cake, picked up all of our decor and set up both our ceremony and reception venues, created and helped coordinate a timeline for our photographer and party bus so we could make sure we got all the photos we wanted, arranged everything with our vendors and made sure they were where they needed to be, helped to make sure our reception timeline ran smoothly, and cleaned up after our ceremony and reception. Our day was absolutely stress free because of her and her services! Her services are priceless, but a huge bonus is how affordable everything she does is. We would recommend her to anyone who is wanting some extra help with budgeting and timelines for wedding planning, but especially for anyone who needs an “extra mom” to make sure everything is set up PERFECTLY on your big day! -
