White Fence Farm

I loved having my wedding at White Fence Farm. The landscape is beautiful and the value cannot be beat. There's a barn with an adjacent dance floor & DJ booth. There are also multiple spaces for your ceremony to be held. I also loved the pond, tractor, and multiple RVs- great photo ops! The on-site farm house is charming and rustic. I enjoyed getting ready there before the wedding but I will warn you that without a/c in the summer, my hair and makeup completely melted due to how hot it was inside. Just make sure to bring extra fans and I think you would be fine! Otherwise, everything was perfect. I hope to visit again in the future!

The venue was everything we hoped it would be. Even a little rain couldn't change the beautiful backdrop of the wedding day! We highly recommend it for your special day.

After looking at over twenty different venues in the High Country we saw White Fence Farm & at first sight we knew our prayers had been answered! It was VERY easy for our guest to find, no mountain roads to navigate, but because the farm sits so far off of the main road it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere! The day of the wedding the farm house was the perfect place to get ready. The ceremony took place in the meadow behind the barn, the serenity of that area is indescribable. Everything from the temperature, to the sunlight peeking over the mountain was absolutely perfect. We did a cocktail hour around the pond & then as the sun set we invited all of our guest into the barn for the reception. The barn lights up after dark, it is absolutely magical with all of the lights. Casa Grande did the catering and they are very experienced with White Fence Farm so it was easy for them to set up. We had 150 guest & everyone had plenty of room to enjoy their meal. We used the covered area behind the barn as a dance floor and there was room for our Dj to set up and for all of our guest to dance. We did a bon fire and let our guest make smores, which everyone LOVED! The one thing that really sets White Fence Farm above the rest is the natural beauty of the property. Nature provided more flowers than any bride could purchase, the entire property was filled with Golden Rods and Blue Asters, which made for the most beautiful natural back drop anyone could ask for.
I wanted to break down to cost so you can really see how much you are getting for the amazing price:
$4,000 covered the sales tax and deposit, the rental price for four nights of the Farm House, Prop House and Barn. It also included the cost of the two properties downtown for two nights. The Furniture included was 10 Tables 20 Benches, 20 Wooden chairs and 150 White folding chairs. We also rented a custom set of wooden doors that we used as an entrance to the meadow.

We LOVED having our wedding at White Fence Farm!!!! We made an extra long weekend of it, arriving at the farm on Wednesday night and leaving on Monday morning after our Sunday evening wedding. One of the perks of the venue is that you have total privacy for the time period that you rent the farm - we saw Fulton, the owner, one time when he came by to mow the property before our events began. This privacy means that set up can began as early as you'd like and that your event can go as late into the night as you plan it to; camping is also allowed and there's space for many, many folks! Since there are no neighbors nearby, you can also be as loud as you'd like to be! The 100 acre property is absolutely stunning - our guests were blown away by the incredible beauty of the scenery and the quaintness of the event barn space. We also loved staying in the farm house with our closest friends (it's a beautifully decorated, cozy little bungalow!). Also, both the house and the property are dog friendly, a major plus if you have pups as we do :). Loved, loved, loved our time at White Fence Farm and really couldn't say more to recommend it. p.s. - starting the ceremony around 6PM for a late August wedding ensures perfect light for photographs!

We got married 10/13/18 at White Fence Farm and had a wonderful wedding weekend. Everyone loved the property, and we got many compliments on it. The flexibility with what you can do is amazing. We were able to do some things that we really wanted, such as hold a welcome bonfire the night before the wedding and do our own catering for the wedding. Highly recommend adding an extra day onto your package, so that you can have the entire property for the day before your wedding, day of your wedding, and day after until you leave.

White Fence Farm is an extremely charming venue in a beautiful setting. It is the perfect place for an Appalachian Wedding. The site is extremely well maintained and they go to a lot of trouble to make sure your needs are met. This is not a full service venue which is nice because you are free to shape your day the way you like and not required to use certain caterers, florists etc. Also the price point is perfect for young couples. My wife and I will never forget how amazing of a day we had and our families will never forget this place. Thank you so much!

White Fence Farm was a perfect place for our wedding. There is so much freedom to do with the space whatever you want, and very little needs to be done because the area is so beautiful. It was wonderful that some of us could stay at the farm house, which ended up making the wedding day totally stress free. The camping option for friends was also a great bonus. The area is private and we loved that we could be as loud as we wanted until however late we wanted to go. There is so much opportunity for anyone to get what they need out of this beautiful venue.

I love White Fence Farm. It is quiet and romantic and quaint. They are doing a ton of work to make the place better, each time I go out there, there is something new and wonderful.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect.

The most important thing to note about the White Fence Farm is that the setting is so beautiful and unique, you don't have to worry too much about decorations or entertainment... The place certainly speaks for itself! There are quite a few focal points on the property that would have been perfect for a ceremony, so my husband and I had a hard time choosing. We had our ceremony right in front of the waterfall and it was beautiful. There is a fairly large stage/dance floor, a fire pit, and some of our guests had brought hula hoops and frizbees, so our crowd had a blast either dancing, roasting marshmallows, or playing in the lawn, and it required very little planning effort! Another great thing about this venue is the amount of freedom the owner gives you. The list of rules to follow is short, to the point, and completely reasonable. The owner gives you plenty of privacy, but also responds to any questions via text immediately, and is very helpful. You book the venue by day instead of by hour, and there are no neighbors, which means you can party all night long if you want! The only mishap was the electric fence around the property (there to keep the cows from crashing your wedding!). I accidentally shocked myself the night before the wedding and ouch! (Definitely my fault though, I had been warned... ) It is far enough away from the action that there is little to no chance of anyone coming in contact with it. I would not recommend having a guest list full of unsupervised children, but otherwise a quick announcement to your guests should be all you need. Also, the barn fit my 50 guests comfortably, but any more than that probably would have been a tight squeeze. However there is so much lawn space that renting a tent would allow for many more guests and still not take away from the beauty of the property. It was a little pricey, but the cost included so much more than just a venue. I would call it "all inclusive." I definitely recommend this lovely venue!!!

White Fence Farm is absolutely beautiful and my daughter's wedding turned out to be perfect!
But there are some things the owners should address and that future brides may want to know.
While you can pay extra to have more than 100 people for your event- I would recommend you stay below this #- we were very close and we could not have managed more people at this venue. The dance floor has been repaired by putting a board over the hole- I kept people from tripping on it by putting a table on the area. There are only dorm size refrigerators- which I guess is fine if you aren't doing anything yourself and everything is catered. Be sure to check out parking & tent space- I was afraid we would not have enough space, but we did work it out. The farm house is quaint, but not particularly comfortable.
There is a pond, but it is starting to get blocked by plant growth. And definitely watch out when the owner is mowing- he threw grass on us multiple times as we were arranging flowers on the front porch!
But like I said- it was a beautiful, & fun wedding that we will always cherish in our memories!
