Westbrook Village is a unique active adult community located in Northwest Valley in Peoria, Arizona. Westbrook Village has two beautiful 18 hole Championship golf courses each with adjacent recreation centers and ballrooms to rent for your wedding ceremony, reception or rehersal dinner.

"The Lakes" Ballroom can accomodate 50-300 guests. We provide a beautiful ballroom equipt with tables, and cushioned chairs set up to your liking. You can decorate any way you choose to make your special day perfect for you. For our convenience, "The Lakes" also offers a full sized kitchen, so your caterer of choice can set up and stage their preparations for your wedding feast. The ballroom also includes an extremely large parquet wooden dance floor and a full sized stage to house your band or DJ.

"The Vistas" Ballroom, also located within Westbrook Village, can accomodate between 50-250 guests. It can also be set up to your specifications with our tables, chairs and either buffet or server based catering. You choose the caterer, the decorator to make your dream wedding a reality.

Both of our ballrooms have adjacent patios that can be rented for either your ceremony or cocktail reception.
